That is not at all a normal way to behave to a teacher, no matter how faulty the thing was that they said. If you don't agree with a teacher, there are more reasonable and civilized ways of pointing that out and discussing it. In fact, I kind of fear for you if you thought that was okay and worth it.

In his defense, a suspension is pretty harsh for just yelling something that isn't vulgar at a teacher (unless there is more to the story than merely yelling). In my book that at most warrants a referral to the principal's office.

I'd like to roleplay as a prosecutor to make up for 8th grade. We were gonna have a courtroom roleplay when we learned about the Swedish court system, and I was gonna be the prosecution. I wasn't sure about their roles in court but I was happy about it anyway because I thought the word "prosecutor", or rather the Swedish word for it, sounded so powerful and intriguing. But for some reason the roleplaying never happen (that was intentional).
