While I don't think he's gay, he is most certainly a fop. I mean, with his job as a singer, appearances are very important. Perhaps his agent didn't like the color of his lips?
Or maybe a fan whom was employed at the building (as they needed to know which room), a fan of the Gavineers, and would have access to the room did it.

Maybe the song was sung from a girls perspective, or maybe one of the Gavinners is a girl. Besides Klavier IS the prosecution, if the boyfriend is the prosecutions witness then Klavier being the prosecution cannot be the other part of the relationship.

It was the second line of the first verse. The entire song up to that point is

And I was saying this because in 4-3, the song predicted everything that happened that was related to the concert.

Anyway, consider this: Klavier owns a car and bike, as proven by the keys in question. Therefore, he doesn't ride everywhere in a tour bus. I don't think Klavier lives with Daryan, but I can't deny the possibility. Anyway, being filthy rich, Klavier would have security in his house. So it's difficult to break in and steal them. The best time for Daryan to nab the keys, and the only opportunity I can think of, is... you know. But even if they did hug, it doesn't necessarily mean he's got the hots for his best buddy... I mean, it could have just been a you're-my-best-buddy hug. If they had one at all.
