It's not all the emotions yet, but it's on it's way.
Hopefully this won't come across as horrible/harsh..
His hair's a bit too far forward, like he's wearing a wig he put on in the dark. Also, one of them has no eyebrows XD his collar doesn't make sense either. One thing I hate about using Edgey as a base is that it's difficult to judge where the collar is.
You need to move his tie further to his right so it doesn't look like it's slid to his left so much and then add in the right side of the collar.
One more thing that doesn't make sense is his shirt. You've recoloured Edgey's jacket into a red shirt, only the shirt doesn't have cuffs and appears to have another shirt underneath it. So it looks like he's wearing a white shirt under a red cuffless shirt under a waistcoat. The poor dude's gotta be sweltering.
Everything else is fine though.

Well you used his folded arms on Godot's body but whatever, point still stands about the sleeves.
Looking at Godot's sprites though I can see why your collar looks like that. Just, to me it looks bigger than it should be at the top.

- The tie is too big at the top.
- Decide what type of top he's wearing. The collar suggests it's a shirt but the sleeves suggest it's a jacket.
- His hair needs moving back a bit.
