He looks really awesome, he's voiced by Anri Katsu and I love the sounds he makes.
Ghirahim is also mentally instable which I, for some reason, find extremely attractive.
Plus, he has an obsession with the sky child, which I can totally understand.
Another might be Edgeworth... although I don't think 'date' would be the way I'd describe it.
Mostly, it would be an intense, intellectual relationship with discussing.
I find law and intelligence very sexy and interesting, the former cause it's just a bunch of gray areas.
On similar reasons, Guiliastes (Second Life Game)/Min Ju Wen (Real Life) from Half Prince!
He's intelligent and, just like with Edgeworth, I would feel comfortable in his presence because I wouldn't feel like I have to dumb myself down to have a decent conversation with him. Also, he's pretty hot and he's a teacher and I find some teacher-student relationships hot. Although I never went to college and don't know if I'd have chosen Literature as my major - which is the subject he teaches - but still. Since there is no Drama CD or any kind of audio merchandise made of Half Prince, I have to imagine what voice Gui might have and I choose Gackt/Gakupo cause it's hot. For another, Gui is mature but can be pretty funny and immature at times and, while he does have a teasing side that made him pretend to be gay for someone (turns out he's just teasing but then really falls in love with the trap.... long story), he's extremely devoted to the one he loves which is just such a turn-on for most women. He loves commitment!
Well he does have some problems...
I am so sorry about the rant on Gui.... it happens.

As far as the men go, I'd probably have to say Apollo Justice. The guy is cute, somewhat successful and tries so hard to take his job seriously but always ends up being the butt of everybody's jokes. If he were taken, I'd probably go for Link; the guy must have some serious abs.
Edit: Apollo has to learn how to wear a jacket properly first though.
