Would you like to see Level-5 and Capcom make another Layton vs Wright game in the future? Or do you think this was kinda a one and done type of thing?

I would love to see a sequel, but

Well yeah thats what I mean like a real world cross over, but knowing Layton the "real" world they find themselves in may not always be straight forward lol

I think it's best when this'll be a one time affair, although I really love the new trial mechanics.
As Deadpool 9 already stated a new real world collaboration wouldn't be the same, unless of course they're once again sucked into a Layton style adventure.

A Layton Brothers / GS makes kinda sense though, in a Law & Order-esque way. Crime scene investigation & trials! (though the games may feel a bit too similar)

I would love to see a game where it all takes place in London or Japanifornia but I think the artstyles would clash way too much. Labyrinthia was the perfect middle way IMO.

I WOULD like to see other Ace Attorney games developed by Level 5 though. Gosh, PLvPWAA vs. Dual Destinies goes like this.

Animations: Tie (Dual Destinies are more true to the series, but PLvPWAA has a lot of flexibility and massive variety!)
Music: PLvPWAA (I don't like Iwadare but he seems to stay a lot at Capcom)
Anime cutscenes: PLvPWAA (BY FAR!)
Gameplay: PLvPWAA (again. BY FAR!)
HUD: PLvPWAA (BY FAR! (with the exception that Dual Destinies is really clever with chapter selection and save-system))
Voice Acting: PLvPWAA (Seriously makes me want a full Ace Attorney game with the Layton-esque mix of bleeps and dubs.

Also I got to thinking just how badly Kyle Hyde and the Professor would get along with each other. I mean, I'm sure Kyle would get along badly with everybody, but it seems to me that him and the Professor are particularly unsuited for each other. Maybe Kyle would do better with one of the attorneys.

If they actually improve the flaws this game had, I wouldn't mind a full-fledged series of PLvsAA.

However, I wouldn't hold my breath... this game apparently performed poorly sales-wise in Japan. Which I find odd but oh well. ~~maybe they foresaw the shitty second half of the game~~

If by "improve upon the flaws this game had" means that a PLvsPWAA 2 would make the first one look like the JFA of its series, then by all means yes. That would be amazing.

I thought Justice For All was a really good game ;-;
But yeah if they do improve on some of the games flaws I am sure it would be the best Professor Layton game and the best Phoenix Wright game.

I like JFA too, don't get that wrong, but if I had to be completely objective, it's easily the worst in the main series --OVERALL! 2-4 is amazing but even a decent case like 2-2 has an awfully bad pacing for example. And I genuinely don't like case 2-1 or 2-3 despite of how they may have "their moments"

Not sure a full cross over would work in the future, but Professor Layton on Trial for some reason, and Luke turning up at the Wright Anything Agency seems very plausible.

Or there is trouble in London, and Phoenix gets drawn into another court case. Phoenix saves Layton, but there is a bigger case at hand which Layton can assist with.

Eitherway, it would have to be Layton in the Ace Attorney universe and game style, with perhaps a small puzzle or two, with the evidence which Layton and Luke solve

I actually... don't want there to be a second crossover. The game worked wonderfully as it is, and I don't think it really requires a sequel. A triple crossover involving another series would be amazing (*cough* Ghost Trick *cough*) but that'd never happen in a million years, so I would say no, I don't want a sequel. Or a prequel or spinoff, for that matter.

What I really want is more Layton games. It honestly kills me knowing that PL vs AA is the last time I would ever play with Layton as the protagonist...

Hah I don't know what others think about this but at times I wish we could see a Ace Attorney X Case Closed/Detective Conan cross over. I honestly think the potential is there.

Yeah true...I mean who else could Wright go up against? If we got a Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney 2 then maybe the game should take place in the US and in the Ace Attorney environment?
