Maya would be the only compatible candidate left since already has the seniority factor of being with Phoenix the longest and being the one who Phoenix will risk his life to save if she's in trouble.

Iris is still in prison and is highly irrelevant outside of being Phoenix's former girlfriend while add new character to be Phoenix's new love interest would just be pissing off the fans while complicating things even further.

I'm pretty sure that Iris wouldn't be given 7+ years of prison time for interfering with the crime scene, especially seeing as Adrian only got around 6 months for the same thing.
