Ah man, I love it when this thread blows up overnight but I can actually understand everything.

Apparently Wendee Lee (the VA of Athena, Clover, etc.) was a member in this forum in my dream. She mostly posted in the Danganronpa topic (she voiced a couple of characters in the series) and her avatar was the cover of DR2. This confused me so I went to see her posts. Apparently the only AA related topic she posted on was when someone credited her for playing Athena. Her response was 'Thanks ^_^'. All her other posts were in the DR topic. That's...about it, really.

Oh and I also went to save a castle from being sieged or something but that's not really important.

They're the same? I didn't know. My VLR had the Japanese voices so I haven't heard much of Clover in English, but still.

Klavier had cut his hair short. Honestly it didn't really suit him. He also looked very tired.
Then there was a Youtubevideo called "How I get ready in the morning". It was two seconds long. It was short-haired, tired-looking Klavier, then he snapped his fingers and he was replaced with this (drawn and all) Image

Dream-canon has previously established that Gress and Timmari of Sir T.A.G are both well-equipped in the safest place-department. It shall now be noted that Atipha's package is more discreet than his fellow T.A.G's.
The dream also posed the question "Why has Timmari seen everyone's dicks?". I don't know who were involved in the "everyone" in question, but it seemed like a running joke.
Staying on that topic for a little longer, Sir T.A.G went to the prosecutor's office building in Japanifornia. In a canteen or whatever sat Klavier at a table with an acoustic guitar, jamming away seemingly unaware of his surroundings. "Show me your penis~" *guitar strumming* ...and now that is stuck in my head. Klavier, I love you, but your lyric writing skills need some work. This might have been improvised, but still.

Meanwhile, Apollo in the white room takes the bike and leads it towards the bathroom, peeking in to where Aura is still sitting on top of the unconscious Zuka. "Hi...", Apollo says.
(......Ack! I've run out of snide comments!)

Ah, yeah. I guess you wouldn't. PAL version? Sucks that they don't offer another version. One thing I've learnt from playing DR and ZE is dubs>subs, man.

Maybe Klavier should make vines. He seems like he'd be talented at them. Oh wait, Vine's dead.

Hmm, yeah. The lyrics need work. At least use euphemisms or something, like 'Show me your snake'.
Actually, no. There's been enough snakes here recently anyway.

Sheesh, sounds like Apollo's upgraded from being a cyclist. Now he's got his own hog, and he's not a hog anymore too! Poor guy, though. I wonder what Aura was doing.

Um, what did I dream about... I felt like a special ops agent trying to find a way to hack into my home's wi-fi. Yeah, I don't know what I was doing. Somehow, it involved using ladders and literally climbing into the house to find our modem/router. I didn't even realize I lived in a multi-storied house. Or had multiple ladders on hand. Or had the dexterity and fearlessness to climb on to the roof eaves.

And then on the other hand, I had a separate dream about round, fluffy, spherical cats. They were rolling around.

...Um, that first one is kinda related to this thread, right? Ladders, right? Yeah, they were ladders, not stepladders.

Today's dream involved me playing a game where I played as Dogen- I mean, Hoinbo-sama.

It was pretty cool. I killed all sorts of people without even seeing anything, mostly. I even managed to infiltrate some political party's headquarters and kill the president (not of Zheng Fa, I hope). Sadly, I got caught then and then I learnt that this game was more like 999 with its branching pathways.

I continued on the path I got. There was a flashback to child Hoinbo-sama with baby Anubis. We went to the barber but they wouldn't cut his hair so we killed him. Then we took on an assistant to kill someone during a play. But the assistant confessed and suddenly I was caught in some AB Project-like shenanigans.

That's all I remember, honestly.

Polecat was filming himself while building a bunch of snowmen. He had some sort of felt pen he could draw faces on the snowmen with. One of them had eyes and then he'd drawn a hand holding a pen below so it was supposed to look like someone's hand in the middle of drawing a nose of the snowman, but Polecat soon realized "it looks... fucking creepy", with the disembodied hand floating in the middle of the snowman's face especially since the face was shaped almost like a Scream-mask. Then Polecat joked that he should put his own hand as the snowman's nose, and a carrot on his own arm to replace the hand. Or he'd replace his own nose with a hand, having a third hand could be practical, after all.

"There's a special place in hell for those who don't like Klavier Gavin." Stickfigure, I know we like Klavier but that's... overdoing it a little. Anyway, I got a glimpse of Herr Klavi too, and his hair looked kinda like this Image but Klavi-blond and wavy, the front less heavy and the back less stripey and really wavy, and he looked am-a-ZING.

I tried to draw the snowmen I remember (in Polecat's way of drawing) and Klavier's hairstyle and try out my scanner at the same time. It went... ok.

Well, to hell I go then. Thanks for the information, Stickfigure

I actually like the snowmen. Nice that you tried to replicate his style as well.

But Klavier though. He looks like a combination of Akane, Thalassa, and a blonde. I'm not sure if this is just your drawing or if that's how we actually looked but...um, you do you, Klavier.

Oh well. It seems hard to avoid anyway.

Thankya!

Ahaha. Something happened while I was drawing his clothes and I don't know what. I don't remember what he was wearing in the dream. Then I slopped with the face and the scanner did the rest of the magic. I mostly tried to convey what his hair looked like in the dream, but I'm not sure I succeeded with that either.

You did the right thing.

You could say I did him justice.

Quote:
Then Polecat joked that he should put his own hand as the snowman's nose, and a carrot on his own arm to replace the hand.

I'm curious how this would look.

Quote:
Or he'd replace his own nose with a hand, having a third hand could be practical, after all.

Indeed. There would be the problem of it getting in the way when you're trying to eat, though.

Quote:
Anyway, I got a glimpse of Herr Klavi too, and his hair looked kinda like this Image but Klavi-blond and wavy, the front less heavy and the back less stripey and really wavy, and he looked am-a-ZING.

His 17-year-old self does have a short and rough-cut look to it, kinda like pictured here, but I'm having a little trouble picturing this description. By "wavy", do you mean like how his current hairstyle would look if it was unraveled?

Quote:
I tried to draw the snowmen I remember (in Polecat's way of drawing) and Klavier's hairstyle and try out my scanner at the same time. It went... ok.

Nice snowmen. The pic of Klavier looks a little smidged, though.

Man, what is it lately with my dreams where I'm either worrying about a class I already aced or another instance of being attacked by spiders? I think Subby is purposely trying to give me nightmares...

But this time with the spiders, I think I was in some sort of DnD-like campaign, and I was playing the druid again. I like this class, but I wouldn't have expected Subby to stay with it; maybe she likes it too. Anyway, we found the spiders' nest and destroyed the giant mother and all her hundreds of babies in one fell swoop - that's why you bring a mage with a nuke spell everywhere you go - but unfortunately, I got bitten in multiple places. It was a slow-acting poison, so at first I didn't realize how badly I was hurt. Eventually when we were taking a rest in a nearby village, I fainted from the poison. Fortunately, we had some restorative items and I had planted some magic healing seeds before I did, but the poison wasn't cured. I don't remember how I fared for the rest of the campaign, but I had the feeling I barely made it. But it was okay as long as I wasn't dead, right, guys?

As for how this dream relates to this thread, um... it reminds me of the last MMO dream I had where I was also a druid and had to help Phoenix and Maya save Edgeworth from being sacrificed into a volcano or something.

I'm sorry to say both he and the snowman would look like complete morons.
Not if he uses the hand when eating, like elephants with their trunks.
Klavi's old hairstyle looks like it's roughly cut on purpose, this is more of a former short haircut grown out look with wisps in the front and longer (to the shoulders) in the back. That's how his was as well but with more emphasis on the longer back part which was, yeah, kinda unravelled-braid-wavy, and more faceframing in the front.
Either the scanner sucks or that particular sketch didn't lend itself well to scanning.
Oh... those dreams. Screw them. According to some, school dreams like that never stop appearing every once in a blue moon no matter how long ago the class in question was.

Polly, Kuro, Taka, Missile, Orla....wow, you're right actually. Anubis sounds way cooler though.

I was playing 999 but it was in a really old school (speaking of school dreams haha I didn't even notice till now). I discovered that Lotus was the Ninth Man's mother but didn't really care so I moved on. It was really tricky. We had to go into elevators and then come out and solve the rooms to go into another elevator, which would take us to the final elevator which we would use to go back down.

We managed to gain access to the upstairs area but then there was a flashback of some teachers in the school going to teach but they couldn't find the room they were supposed to teach in. Most of the rooms were being used for teaching and I remember some people in one room were having lion heads. And then there was this crazy inventor guy who came up with something but he left to sell it and then caused the apocalypse to happen somehow.

Anyway back to the present we managed to get access to outside. There was apthis nice bathing region. We met Maggey there who was supposed to supervise the water's usage. But her trademark bad luck came into play and she made the water so hot that it actually put things on fire. Somehow.

Then there was this other flashback to this kid who lived in the school and also was a student in it. The school wasn't a boarding school btw. It was also partially an apartment or something. So yeah this kid was super spoiled. He was about 15 and was having his mother feed him breakfast in bed in his favourite underwear.

So he went to school and did his work until school got over. But he realised he left his shirt somewhere bit he couldn't leave because some students were still there doing homework or something. He really needed to find his shirt (don't ask why he took it off in the first place) but he couldn't find it anywhere near him so he had to wait for a long time. He couldn't leave his class because idk maybe he was sensitive about his nipples but then the flashback ended. I noted that there were elements of a wedding in that flashback and decided to investigate further.

And then the dream ended. Who knows what happened next? But it certainly was...interesting.

Klavier and Apollo were drinking and Klavier asked Apollo to tell him about some bad dates Apollo had been on. A little later he asked him but he was thinking about and Apollo answered he was thinking about the fact that he could hardly taste the alcohol in what he was drinking (soda with some vodka or something).

I think the worst date Apollo has had was that one dream Brammi had where he tried to ask a wasitress out but got water poured on him. Though at least that would taste better than what he was drinking. Of course, I don't drink so who am I to judge?

I'd hardly think that qualifies as a date. Mmm, vodka and soda is rather tasty. Hopefully he won't overdo it due to not tasting the alcohol, though.

Edit: Tonight I learned Timmari's middle name is Joseph. Just like Polecat's is.

Dear echo chamber. Tonight I dreamed that drunk Apollo and drunk Polecat... well, to put it in Polecat's own words: "it wasn't a kiss, it was a long smooch". That is, no tongue and hardly any exchange of saliva. Also it was entirely platonic, Polecat just wanted to cheer Apollo up. I never expected the two of them to be physically affectionate, but on the other hand drunk Polecat has a history of lap-sitting, hand- and arm-stroking and daring someone virtually a stranger to him to touch his butt, so smooching his nemesis is probably not too out there.

I'm curious about what had happened to Apollo which made Anthony think "if I give him a long smooch he migt feel better :]".

They have. It's amazing.

---
On tonight:
I was zapping between channels on a tv when I saw there was an AA cartoon, in English. At first I thought it was probably gonna be cringey but I decided to watch. The artwork was nice, the colours very clear and vibrant. It was Zak, Valant, Trucy, Apollo, Aura and Polecat in a boat stuck in the middle of a lake. Then Magnifi comes rowing out of nowhere to tell the group they should make the most of the situation and that it is good in a spiritual sense.
Everyone: …
Magnifi: …
Apollo: But why the fuck are we here?! …what the fuck… *end scene*
(That convinced me the show wasn’t some watered down (mehe) kids version, at least)
Shortly thereafter, the group is on their way, but a curse has made Polecat rock heavy and Aura light as a feather, and once they reach a certain point with the boat it will be the other way around. Apollo thinks that it’s fitting that he sometimes refer to Polecat in drag as “she-buddha”. During this, Polecat himself is asleep against poor Aura’s shoulder, and she thinks it feels like having a heavy stone leaning against you, but luckily it changes halfway through and he becomes almost weightless against her instead. The dream also says Aura and Polecat have recorded music videos for some kind of metal genre.

Timmari is present in some investigations style spin-off game starring Apollo. This is seemingly before Sir T.A.G came together (although the timelines don’t match up) and Timmari has one investigation partner. Me and WG are happy he’s present in a game, his last name in the game is Corona instead of Vernessa (-Sahdmadhi) for some reason, but we don’t really mind and consider it nice foreshadowing to the fact that he’s gonna marry a prince in the future (since “corona” is crown in Spanish).
As Apollo examines a cup, Timmari makes some noise like “Gahh, she [something about his investigation partner]” and Apollo replies “Timmari Corona, both of you are in sleepyhead mode right now” because apparently both him and the partner in question are really tired and acting a bit odd due to it. I noted Apollo would always refer to Timmari as “Timmari Corona” rather than “Mr. Corona” (but who wouldn’t want to say his first name? I thought), and I took it as a sign Apollo had taken a liking to him. Great, since they will later become brothers-in-law. …brothers-in-law in law.

Mentioning the "she-Buddha" and "heavy stone" has reminded me of one of the tales from Journey to the West, where Sun Wukong is tricked by a demon into helping an old cripple back to town, but the old man turned out to be a giant boulder. (It makes more sense as in context.) And of course his master gets kidnapped for the umpteenth time. It's thanks to Guan Yin Bodhisattva that he acquires the right magical item to capture the demon and revert it to good again.

JttW is weird.

Yes, I finally have an AA dream, though it's more of a crossover with Yakuza (Project X Zone-ish) since I've been hooked on that series lately. So Kazuma Kiryu has been accused of murder again, but this time he's gone to Phoenix Wright to help him clear his name. But along the way, they get separated, Kiryu goes off to kick ass, and Phoenix has to don a disguise to avoid unwanted attention. He apparently went to Eldoon to help him with it and Eldoon just planted a noodle bowl over his head. It was beautiful.

And then my memory of the rest is fuzzy, but there was something about Apollo being around for some reason (I think he was helping), and another point where I had to save Phoenix, Eldoon, and Maya/Susato from an explosion. I dunno, Maya changed clothes and dressed like Susato, but at some point she just became Susato.

According to my profile, this is my 1000th post on this page so yay.

Okay I was watching someone play SoJ. They were in the civil trial with Apollo but there were a few differences. Dhurke was Apollo's sidekick, the trial was about 6-3's death (except some anime girl died instead of Tahrust (though it was still suicide?)), and Phoenix wasn't there. There was a moment for Apollo and Dhurke when the latter told the former he was proud to be his father or whatever, and then the trial continued.

Apparently Ema's testimony was special in that you could present two pieces of evidence but one would make the trial go faster. The person playing chose that one. Then he joked about how Maya was the culprit looking at a map of the US that didn't look like the US which was in the game, saying that Maya was there when the crime occurred.

Then the characters got frustrated and asked the victim to stand up and testify for them. She did and started testifying.

Sadly I woke up then so I never saw what happened next.

I don't even know what direction my dream was taking, but apparently I attended a different university whose library had a secret passageway to an underground network of tunnels and a black market. It was... interesting.

Anyway, at some point Phoenix showed up as my chaperone on one visit to that place. I also brought along a guy I think I knew but not well... but anyway said guy turned into Pearls later. For some reason, there was a shop with a witch. She was some sort of voodoo impressionist and potions maker, and she created something in a magic pool of colors. And the next thing I knew, I was having hallucinations. And uh, something about Phoenix's thwang going erect, I dunno.

"Jesus, Dad, not in front of Pearls."
"Huh? What are you talking about?"
"Huh? Oh, um... never mind."

In any case, I dunno why we even stopped by, but I guess we got what we wanted to buy. I returned to the library, met with a friend, and introduced Dissidia FF to her in an abridged parody style. I guess I made more of a racket than I meant because people were shushing me.

And then I was reminded of those actual DFF in a nutshell parodies and realized I was still asleep. So I woke up.

As in the victim just got up from where they died and started testifying. It was super confusing, but I think it was supposed to be a gag. Reminds me of the fanfic Turnabout dank if you've ever read that. Don't btw it's another trollfic

Nice. I wish my library was like that. I always felt most libraries should have a secret tunnel. Really adds to the atmosphere I feel.

Anyway, at some point Phoenix showed up as my chaperone on one visit to that place. I also brought along a guy I think I knew but not well... but anyway said guy turned into Pearls later.

That's good. Pearl is a good sidekick/chaperone assistant.

Of course that's a thing

Yeah, doing the splits in front of Pearly is dangerous. She may even try imitating it!

In any case, I dunno why we even stopped by, but I guess we got what we wanted to buy. I returned to the library, met with a friend, and introduced Dissidia FF to her in an abridged parody style. I guess I made more of a racket than I meant because people were shushing me.

I mean, abridged parodies can be pretty loud.

So you started lucid dreaming only to wake up?

Good! That takes care of that, then.

Oh my. Sure you weren't still hallucinating? xD

Right. She's at that easily influenced age.

Now I imagine the entire trial is nothing but setups to dad jokes.

It is such a thing that I'm not sure if it was part of the hallucinations.

Somehow, I can't see Pearly doing the splits. I feel like she'd have trouble getting back up... :(

It's a transitional phase.

True. It could have just been a magic mushroom growing on his crotch.

Athena went into a slide and it took her up onto a stage where Trucy was performing magic. I assumed Trucy had planned that to be sneaky. Then the same thing happened to Apollo, newly lit cigarette in hand and all. A while later, Athena and Apollo both appeared on the stage again, just in time for the applause. Too bad they were stuck on that stage while the second longest standing ovation in history took place: 80 minutes.

The actual longest standing ovation in history is coincidentally also 80 minutes, lol.

I'd hate to be stuck there myself.

Yup, I read that a few days ago so that's probably where it came from, haha. This one must have been a few seconds shorter than that one or something. Indeed... I wonder if everyone was like "fuck, everyone else is clapping, I can't be the only one to stop". Like in dictatorships where everyone applauds the dictator and it goes on and on and on because the first one to stop is screwed.
