After a rather awkward, but happy breakfast, the ultimates were called together by Eve. Now the thirteen ultimates were gathered in front of another deadzone door.

“It’s about time for a setting change, don’t you think?” Eve asks nobody in particular, and begins to fiddle with the deadzone door, seeming to unlock it.

“Setting change…?” Honda tilts his head in confusion. “What could that possibly mean?”

“It means we’re getting out of this bland place, and moving on with the show!” As she speaks, the deadzone door bursts open, leading to a dimly lit room filled with several copies of the same flashy contraption, a little platform leading to a rather large glass tube chamber, with a keypad and several buttons off to the side. Only one of these were lit up, flashing a bright green light.

As usual, the monitor in the room lights up with Adam’s display. “Ah, these are the various Alabaster Teleportation devices.”

“I’m sorry, the what? Did you just say teleportation device?” Skylar questioned the AI.

“Alabaster has kept this technology to themselves for the past years, utilizing it to travel between their various facilities and locations across the globe. Developed for easy travel, it has been used here for quite some time now. It’s safe to use, as it simply deconstructs-”

“Enough of that boring garbage!” Eve snaps at Adam, cutting him off. “We’re gonna use these things to change up the location a little bit!”

Eve leads the group to the terminal that’s currently lit up. “Here’s how this is gonna work. We’re all going to walk on over to the teleporter, and get whisked away to a new, exciting land!”

Eve lifts up a rather large box, and is the first one to step into the teleporter. “I’ve got some precious cargo in here, essential to this killing game of ours.” She bangs on the box a few times. One could almost hear a familiar voice cry out from the inside. Could that be Kyoya…?

Not really given a choice, each of the ultimates join Eve in the teleporter. Without even realizing it, the ultimates are teleported through…

...and on the other side, is a much familiar looking room, though significantly smaller than the one they were previously in. And it’s humid too. Much warmer than the other Alabaster facility.

As the ultimates gather themselves, letting out several comments about what they just experienced, they see what appears to be a monitor attached to a segway stroll up, displaying the same face as always, it’s Adam. Perhaps there aren’t any monitors about the place in this new location?

“I’ll be your guide for now. As far as I am aware, Eve intends to keep each of you here until another dreaded murder occurs. The least I could do to support each of you is guide you around this new location.”

Spoiler: Alabaster Base

Spoiler: Outside

Right out the door, the ultimates are met with a large waterfall. Adam explains that the base is hidden behind a waterfall that connects right to a lake, which drains through a river. Walking around the waterfall reveals this, with a nice large lake that seems perfect to swim in, supposedly devoid of any life as Adam claims, and perfectly clean and safe.

It’s clear where everyone is now after getting a look outside, they must be in the middle of some kind of jungle! Various trees surround the little clearing the base is in.

The waterfall comes off from a rather high cliff, which could be climbed given enough effort, or one could reach the top through a long zig zag trail through the jungle.

Adam takes each of the ultimates up the cliff through the trail, insisting that climbing up directly could be too dangerous. It’s a long climb but at the top of the cliff they find the river that connects to the waterfall, with one side being nice and clear, perfectly flat and an excellent place to camp, with a border of trees surrounding the area, with each marked as a deadzone, just like the doors before. Across the lake is a massive, ancient looking temple. Adam says that he has no clue what that is, or what’s in it.

So they decide to find out.

The temple is what one would probably expect from old exploration movies. Damp and dimly lit, walls covered in moss and cracks that crawl up and down the walls. Every other corner has a cobweb in it, and some of the students are getting way too anxious to continue this little investigation. As big as it is, though, the ultimates agree that it’s best to probably check this temple out more when given the chance, probably after settling into their new location for a little while.

Once back outside of the temple, Adam turns around to head back down the trail. As soon as he turns his new transportation method around, he’s interrupted by Eve.

“Oh, thanks for getting most of the boring work done for me! Actually, how about you get all the boring garbage done for me? You’re better suited, being boring yourself.”

“That would be fine.” Adam simply responds and continues his way down the cliff.

“Remember not to pass any deadzones here! Thanks to being out in the wild, there’s some extreme measures! Pass through the border of trees and you might find yourself gunned down!” Eve laughs as the ultimates pass by her, and now keeping an eye out for them, they notice large turrets hidden in the foliage of the jungle, well hidden in the greenery.

Going down past the waterfall, right to the bottom of the cliff next to the lake, Adam rolls right up to a rope ladder. He explains that above them there’s a network of treehouses and ropeways, all connected and inside the boundary set up by Eve, free for everyone to use for whatever they may like.

Finally, Adam explains that, yes, they’re in the middle of the jungle. However, because of the ‘magnificent advancements made by Alabaster for the benefit of everyone’ (his words) the area they find themselves in is perfectly safe. It keeps all animals docile towards humans, but that’s as much as Alabaster is willing to do. The animals here will act just as normal, but they will ignore humans, or at least not harm them in any way.
