I only have the first one and the last one and it works really good, when you make graphics.
Well, I'm not a expert on this area and I don't want to be rude, but when you download a lot of brushes and much more, then you can be very good. Better than me. :/

There are some more reasons I don't use them:
1. For me, it's a pain to download them.
2. I just choose not to. In my opinion, my graphics look fine without them, but I might use them when I don't like a graphic I make or if I just get bored.

Her graphics are really awesome. And I know that, because I request at her 3 times (2 sets and one wallpaper).
I can say, her graphics looks like very pretty - with or without brushes..
Anyway.. Sorry for saying it with the brushes. I know, you don't want to use them and it's okay, but how Little Magician said, brushes make graphics looks like better. I would say, you have an own style and that's really good. I swear it.

Just get the regina/max sprite i requested, and make a blue background. You change it a little if you want and add text, but i doubt i will use it as an avvy. Just to let you know :D
And as an extra bonus, do something completley random. Like totally. Just WTF kind of random. yeah.

It's quite easy to download them, IMO. At first I didn't download any, just used default ones. Then I started downloading like crazy XD
You're graphics do look good on their own, but I would still recommend experiment with brushes.
