For backend (my side) it uses CPanel, so basically whatever that comes with/uses.

In any case, you may giving the accounts away for free, but is there a monthly charge, for either Plan A or B?

Heh - account are free (_TOTALLY_ free - no charge), but I'm kind of pulling out Plan A right now... Due to the sudden appearance of KSA_Tech's casemaker and various tests now occupying all remaining space.
