Anyway, to answer Sklarvv's "question" which I neglected earlier for some reason, Regy literally ASKED to be represented as Layton. XD
He said "I guess everyone knows me as Layton, so just draw Layton". But I'm not used to drawing top hats, so I always make them way too short XDDDD;;

They're actually pretty easy to draw.
I draw Layton when I'm really bored and I only have 20 seconds to draw something. Draw a tall cyllindar, cut it in half, add a circle around the cut part, draw a upside down "ç", then draw his two eyes and a random mouth.
Although I tend to draw Phoenix as Layton running from Dahlia... >____>

For some reason, the placement of the eyes and mouth is sometimes tricky and ends up wonky. I have to make sure that it looks exactly like the original, you know.
And as for the top hat, it would be easy if I didn't have to worry about how tall it has to be. I'm always worrying that I made it too tall or too short ;;;>_>
