anyway, like what the art is doing, I think it's time for the music team to see how everything melds together.

in my opinion the best way to record from a digital instrument, is to use a line-in cord to connect to the microphone or line-in input from the computer to the instruments headphone plug, then use windows movie maker to record from stereo/aux. however, you have, say, a violin, acoustic guitar, ukelele, then you should try to record with a microphone with a sock over it, I heard it removes static and whatnot.

for the trial opening piece, i'd kinda imagine it to be happy cheery, yet almost slightly dark, because it's phoenix' first case.

the file(s) must contain your name, the character, and if you're sending more then one of the same character, a number.
examples:
Shadoninja_Phoenix1
Shadoninja_Nick2
you can reorder them to be character first then your internet alias, but this is the bare minimum. it's kinda confusing to have larry and larry1 for example, and not know who's who without going back to the email.

Anyways, Writers, get to this quickly! We gotta get a script up! Hell I'll even help by writing some lines for the script too if you guys need the help! Also, Shadoninja, if we want to get this done we need the writers to have a deadline to get that script up, or at least part x of y of script. So if you don't mind, I would like to suggest a Deadline of July 31st to be the date that the Writers have to have at least Episode 1 written up to where Larry takes the stand to testify.
That gives the writers two weeks to write 1/2 of case 1, shouldn't be too difficult to do.
I'm sorry if I'm pushing the writers a bit, but if we don't have deadlines, the writers might think they can get the script done a year from now, and who knows if people will still be interested in this project when they get around to having it written.
That's right, I'm producing something. Expect something to come out of my new production studio.

I never got a copy of the script from Ayasato-chan. Therefore, I might have to write another version of the script from scratch...

OneKnux: Your first audition was very close to what I would have thought the Judge would sound like, but I think the Sean Connery was a little over the top. Your second one didn't match the Judge at all because there was no signs of age in the voice as it sounded like a young man of 17-24.

Thanks for the comments/critique man. My Edgeworth was kinda thrown together quickly, I never got a consistent voice for him in my head whenever I played the game.
As for mic quality, that's taken care of now. The clips you listened to was when my computer was still in a funk. I rerecorded my judge, Larry, and Phoenix lines, along with two other characters I recently did for BigBrownie's dub. Check my last post and take a listen to those.
And finally, for the other two Edgeworths, I think either of you would be good. Only thing is that your mics both caught a lot of your breaths, which can be a little distracting. Considering how big of a role Edgeworth is, if you get the part, it might be best to consider either upgrading on the mic and/or standing a little further away from your mic when recording.
