This is certainly surprising. Though I would think Godot is more likely to sit in Miles's position. Edgy struck me as a gentlemanly, no-nonsense kinda' person...oh well, guess he's proud of his manliness? XD
They're also pretty slim and hairless...I envy those legs...what they do to get it that slim!? O.O

or
b) Miles Edgeworth is overly effeminite, to the point where he may actually be gay.
I think I would tend to think the latter, because Capcom actually released official artwork that proves he has motive to be gay and possibly also a stalker (pointed out by geekischic):

Hmm....still, if it was provided by Larry, why give a naked snapshot? And why would Capcom place it near Edgeworth if not to subtly hint to viewers that Edgy has something for Feenie? It's all in the product placement, I say! (Capcom is a business, afterall).
And if the photo is really Larry's, wouldn't that raise questions from Edgy? He wouldn't simply calmly take that while making chocolate. There should be at least SOME outburst...

Proof it's Larry: Look at his position in the picture in relation to the Phoenix statue. He has his fingers in a square, like a certain picture. He is also standing so that the angle he would be looking at the statue from is the same angle from which a certain picture was taken from....

Hmm....about the photo...that doesn't prove Edgy's not gay either....Larry's pose doesn't prove he's into taking pictures, he could always just be miming an artist, the way they do with sculptures. Besides, I would say that it is rather the opposite. It would be harder to take a picture unnoticed if he just got out of shower.
One is most aware of one's body when one is naked, in other words, most likely changing or in the shower. Certainly he would notice a spy camera...he's a lawyer, he would be aware of details. Larry's also not the most subtle of people...

Furthermore, it's illegal. I don't know if it's illegal in the U.S. or in the game even to put cameras inside wahsrooms (spy or not), but Maya doesn't seem to like doing illegal things. (Case 2 of GS2, she was pretty much ashamed, even though she felt she was the one who murdered Dr.Grey when it turned out she didn't) With a close shave like that, I don't think she'd try something risky again.
Yet, even with all legal stuff aside, notice the Feenie angle plans on the wall behind Larry. There is also a snapshot of him at a three-quarter angle. Since they are sculpting him sideways doing his "Objection!" pose, it would be clear that there was no need for a back shot.
Yet even if there was, Feenie's head is turned to the side, so that back shot is of little help, and besides, he has a towel around his neck in the picture.
What does that prove? That it would actually be IN THE WAY of sculpting, because the musculature of the back of his neck would not have been seen. Then it would actually be harder to sculpt the skin that would be creased when he turns his neck. (When he's in his suit, the back of his neck can be seen, not a lot, but still significantly, since he's skinny).
Furthermore, they're sculpting Feenie in a suit. His bare back wouldn't help much, since there is very little tension in the back of clothes. Also because he is raising an arm in onjection, it actually makes more sense if they had a picture of his back clothed than unclothed, because that would actually show the tension creases on the cloth when raising his arm.
So with all of this, it would show that there was no need for such enticing picture to be there at all, except that it stirs the flames of Edgy's love. ^^

But she still doesn't want to be misunderstood, which is why she wouldn't. yet even if she did, the picture is still unaccounted for. It still doesn't answer why the picture is there, which is the dilemma at hand. Pointing that murder and perverted mischief can't be compared doesn't make her appear to have a motive. Besides, even if it isn't murder, I doubt she wants to get into anything illegal, and planting spy cameras is illegal...it's breach of personal privacy.

If anybody could translate the text, we'd know exactly what the artist said about the pic. (Also explains the mystery Maya-clone).
BTW, I think this is another one of those 'intended to be randomly interpreted to support multiple Phoenix shippings or none at all' pics. The chocolate? in the bin with 'Mei' - uh did Franzy send Phoenix an unwanted gift? Or did Larry's attempts go wrong?
