I made an objection shirt on zazzle a few months ago (I actually made some money off of it) but today it was taken down because of copyright violations, even though there are plenty of other shirts using that design. The support guy said that if I could prove that I was allowed to use it it could be put back on, so I want to know: a. is the objection image copyrighted and b. is the logo for the first game? On the website it just said "Phoenix Wright is copyright 200whatever Capcom co ltd." So, does anyone know what I could do?

I don't claim to know any of the legalities, but something I'd do is I'd try to send a PM to 'Snow' at the Capcom forums. He's the new Lost in terms of being the representative for the fans. He'd be able to forward your question to the right heads.

copyright law is as such that the game and all of its content is (c) capcom.
if you are using their copyrighted information for a non-profit organisation or event, e.g. court records, you're fine,
but what you were doing was illegal.

That's....not entirely true. Even for non-profit, you can't just use copywrited material. If you were making Objection shirts and giving them out for free you'd still be in trouble.
