Due to fierce debate in this thread, my previous assertions and assumptions about the ordering of the games in the Phoenix Wright/Apollo Justice games have been called into question. After more digging, I have come to the conclusion that all my previous conceived notions about the series are false!

As such, I have extensively studied the scripts and events of the Ace Attorney games, and have come to the conclusion that this is the official time line for the series! I know so, and this can all be backed up with evidence and logic! Though, my interpretation may make sense, it is very possible that some of you may disagree. That's Ok! Post your timelines and we'll discuss and debate them!


My timeline that I have come to goes like this:

GS2 --> 1-5 --> GS3 bad ending --> GS4 --> GS1
---------------| GS3 good ending --> GS2 bad ending --> GS5

Now, I won't bog you down with details and facts, but I assure you, that this time line can be easily verified and will post this verification upon special request.
