There doesn't seem to be a help forum, so I posted it in Misc. Graphics Discussion.

Anyway, I'm just getting into Photoshop CS 3 animating, and learning it...And I have a problem that seems to have many other people sharing it, but no real answer. I keep searching about it, but theres no real answer at all. NO ANSWER MAN.
..Anyway,

The animation appears slower than it should. In photoshop, it runs perfectly both in background and in mouth animation. There was a suggestion about the frames, but the frame rate was needed to fuse the background with Kohal. Also, keep in mind that I'm a beginner to this...

There's 25 frames, 0.03 seconds per animation. Playing it inside photoshop runs fine, but uploading it "Save for Web & Devices" is the only way for it to be in GIF. Any suggestions are appreciated that can keep the background as fast as it should be and make the mouth animation stay consistent too.

The mouth animation seems more consistent to me than the background.
I opened your file and noticed that the background doesn't seem to be all that consistent, which is odd. How did you move the background? Did you move it in equal increments? I noticed that there's a sudden "jump" sometimes, which may be explained by moving it a different distance than in the other frames.

Besides that, I don't really have other suggestions. :S
