Update Information:
5/29/09 - Fixed some letters in case selection font. Added all colors of S-P-A-C-E-D thanks to Brawldud.

(Bitmap Font Writer if you don't have it)
http://www.stefan-pettersson.nu/bmpfont/

To use:
1. Copy image and paste it in paint or something simple. Make sure the dimensions reach the black square, or are EXACTLY like the image you copied, and save it in somewhere you'll remember (As a .BMP).
2. Open Bitmap Font Writer, Click Load Font, and open the file.
3. Type whatever you will in the "Text" area, and click the "ABC" button (Write Text)
4. You should be good to go. Thankfully, the texts (when copied) are seperate colors. So, if you replace the black with white (And some of the holes in the letters with white), they should be transparent enough in paint. Piece together your messages easily and you'll have what you need!

THANKS TO brawldud FOR THE RIP! I just arranged it for ya'll.

I'm working on it, but this should do you for now! :gant: The Capital letters seem to have the main spacing problem, but simply move the letter up or down if you wanna fix it. I'm aware some letters look scratchy, this is being worked on.

Example (s):
Image
Image
Image
Ignore the name. Idunno if there is a font for it, but if not that might be a future project... :grossburg:

Bonus Update! How to recolor it yourself.
1. Open up any of the colors in paint. (The fonts)
2. Select the color the FONT already is on the first swatch of color. Then, right click a color on the the color box that you want this to be. It should look like:Image
3. Grab the eraser. Now, hold down the right click on your mouse, and drag the eraser along the letters. The colors you selected should go to the secondary color. (I went from the white font to red.)
4. Make SURE that the dots are not the SAME or DARK/SIMILAR to the color you chose. If so, do the same method above to change the color to a totally differant color, so that Bitmap Font Maker can read the font. You should be good to go.

I plan on making this into an ACTUAL font when I can figure out the format. Theres a few ways to do it...If I figure it out, I'll update this page with all four.

Actaully, I figured out the spacing needs to be worked on after playing some of PW3. :yuusaku: So, I'll probably update the them with correct spacing. Hopefully.

White Fixed done. Later I'll fix the other colors. Kept spaced incase someone wants it spaced. (Hey, ya never know.)

Haha, Done. :will:

Ah, I just saw it... Why didn't that show up on the search at all?!?! :payne:
Still, it was good practice, and I thought I might as well attempt it. I still plan on trying to make it into a font.
Nevertheless, thanks for the comment.

Yeah I think we've had it for ages... EXCEPT for the alternate colours. Well at least PyWright doesn't have them. (Well it sorta does but it sorta doesn't)

On the case selection font, Y and M (uppercase) look a little off.

But other then that, thanks! Now I can use case-selection letters that aren't in the normal cases (ie. I made Turnabout Revival, of which I needed the v)

Glad it could help. Many of them are customs based off the font, and some (Like Capital M and Y) are harder than others. I'ma keep trying to fix em. :yogi:

I was testing the fonts, and I found that [lowercase] k was a bit large. Maybe you could shrink it? Also, both lowercase and capital Z is missing.
Image
Just letting you know.

Oh, one more thing.
Maybe you should host the fonts as Bitmaps. It saves us the 10 seconds per font required to convert them to Bitmaps.

They should Be Bitmaps...Odd.
And yeah, Z is missing. Z wasn't a majorly used letter, and I attempted and screwed up Z's several times. Lowercase k definately needs to be fixed. Like I said, this is a first draft, and I plan on fixing it. You'll also find X looks skrewy, and (Again), Y, M, etc look unnatural.

(EDIT) Yeah, The font is saved as a bitmap. I think it's something imageshack does... Cause I only have one copy saved and it's Bitmap.

I've been working on making an actual TrueType version of this for MONTHS.

Chalk it up to my laziness that I haven't finished yet, when I could've finished it easily in a week.

How do you make ACTUAL fonts? I've been curious as to that... I know the scanning method, but I mean all-by-computer.

This is merely a demonstration.

Or something to that effect...

I concede that it's probably your filehosting that turns it into a PNG. The file hosting site I use the most does that too.
I now have a test saved of every font on here, just in case the viewers want to see them in sentences.

And if you want to know all I know about fonts, there's also .fon aside from .ttf . TTF is TrueType Font, while FON is just a normal font. FON doesn't include the particulars unlike the TrueType font file. TrueType Font files include the TypeFace Name, the File Size, and the Version, while the normal FON does not.

And that's all I know about the fonts. :meekins:

Now that I think about it, it WAS pretty hard to make the letters "Unlock the Truth" in my sig. I had to enlarge the "n" in Testimony, and a lot of other stuff. It probably would be easier to make a font of such as well.

You know, when it comes to throwing lots of fonts around that haven't been made, I'm pretty good. :godot:
And I JUST realized we've been the only two people that have been posting here recently.

Sweet, case selection font!

Is that the same font as the move/talk options? If not we need those.

...No, they're differant...But I really don't feel up to doing em at this time... Maybe Brawldud can get em and I'll arrange em, if he's okay with that.
