If you've never visited Sporcle before it consists of games where you have to type in as many things of a certain category as you can remember within a time limit.. I didn't include victims/passing references (i.e Gregory Edgeworth, Neil Marshall) as I thought that'd be too difficult for general public..

While trying to think, I tried the minor characters that you said weren't included. Polly should be a major character, though, seeing as you cross examine her and all. No Charlie the plant makes me sad.
