Me and my friends last weekend made up a dance at a convention...

This video sadly doesn't show the second part, because the guy filming thought that we were finished after the "verdict" part of our dance...

If you can't hear some parts...

"Evidence" is us flapping the piece of paper Phoenix Style
"Alibi" is the Edgeworth desk slam
"Mmm, that's Good Coffee" is us doing a Godot drink

Oh damn, I'm not the first one to post about it! :edgy: It's also up on YouTube here. I missed the original performance (I was running the fanfiction workshop and helping clean stuff up), but I was the gal with the blue Yoshi on her head at the "special staff concert" performance =p

God, I needed a good laugh at the end of the con. You guys need to fine-tune it and perform it again at MikomiCon '08!

I remember you now XD

Yeah... Our group decided that it will be a request only thing for next year.

I was in that first group when they had to move the tables around to set up, before the 80s power jumps :edgy: Damn near died laughing at you guys and the antics. Amazing what that slow-building insanity due to sleep deprivation creates at the end of a con, isn't it?

Well, if you aren't already a member, there is a discussion about the Objection Dance over on the MikomiCon forums. I know Moogle posts and checks there regularly, as does several of the staff. ^^;

:godot: Godot approves.

It was really funny to watch. The only qualms was that the guitar was so loud I could barely hear you all besides for the "Objection" and "Mmm, that's good coffee" parts. Otherwise, very nice.

The You Tube version is clearer to hear (and has the end).

Bloody funny. I nearly inhaled tea watching that :gant:

Well, to be fair the dance went from concept to performance in about an hour, so I was told. I'm sure if the guys do it again next year it'll be a bit more refined! :edgy:

And I would imagine inhaling tea would... rather sting a bit!

It certainly doesn't do anything for the nasal passages, I can assure you of that.
