Indeed. I also don't use Chrome. But while it isn't flashy, it shouldn't be. Not bad.

Looks nice and simple could be easily customised for other characters too.

Unfortunately, no, unless you go in and edit the files. :( As far as I know, Chrome themes can't do that.
