Seems like you're hosting commercial ROMS, then THAT IS 100% ILLEGAL!
Although I am a bit unaware of what SitePal is, or does. but I'm 99.99% sure uploading a ROM to a website is a NONO (The other 0.01% being whatever SitePal does to advertise your site, I guess. But I really doubt it). The only reason they should be up there is if you have to PAY for the rom FIRST before getting it. Otherwise........ You're going to have problems with Copyrights.
