As in Belmont style (Castlevania players definitely know what I'm referring to) style using a whip and everything as she can use it well... Alright this is directly heading for Chaotic Turnabout, but anyway...

This topic will have ramblings (for those interested) about the plot development and how this pretty odd-ball but still quite logical (Holy)crossover AU thing came to be in the first place.

I decided again to rewrite things... as events seem to be a bit lacking and things... might be progressing a bit too fast... I'm changing to multi-character point of views as story has been pretty much completely on Franziska's POV and there are things happening elsewhere that could be interesting. So chapters are going to get some new additions and changes are inevitable... Put the core plot is staying the same.

Story is going to be long... and it is already nearing a longest thing I have ever written... Not to mention I'm intending to complete this... Not to mention it is my first actual fanfic. I expect Part I ODT-document to be around 300 pages long when completed and there are still parts 2 and 3 left.

Bit later my brother (Freelance Designer) said something about if Von Karma would have only raised Franziska and not being his real father at all and she wouldn't be following his ways... This is the core element which is used... And it is used pretty well.

Timing:

Story takes place after Trials and Tribulations, June 2019 to be exact... Which fits very well timewise as it would be 20th anniversary of the Demon Castle War and Dracula's destruction!... Franziska has her 20th birthday in 2019... what do you get when you substact 20 from 2019?... Answer: 1999! Therefore Franziska was born on 1999 the very year Dracula came back for the last time in Castlevania universe... In other words THE STAGE IS SET!

Chaotic Turnabout, 20 years after Dracula's demise and 16 years before events of Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow.

Events of Awakening Legacy last two weeks = 14 days, not much time.

Character cast: Most being from Ace Attorney universe, couple people from Castlevania universe (those who are possible) and villains from CV universe... Villains win in number over the good guys. There are some completely new faces in.

Introducing in chapter I:

(AA) Franziska von Karma: Star of the story and the one who's life will be changing dramatically.

(AA) Lotta Hart: Return to paranormal photography with a bang and this time ends up providing conclusive evidence after being saved from certain death.

(AA) Larry Butz: Was painting outside at night... and got trouble.

"Milady": Vampire who is causing trouble in the city.

(CV) Genya Arikado: Ends up saving Lotta's life.

(AA) Maya Fey: Spirit medium's skills will become more valuable than ever before!

What is going on with the moon? This will be answered later.

Chapter II:

Last time the trial was pretty much skipped... I was supposed to resume it at another night, but decided against it... Now we got to the actual trial... and it seems to progressing interestingly enough.

Introducing in chapter II:

Franziska Annabell Schneider: Mysterious young woman and Franziska's point of view in the dream. Franziska as herself communicates only by thinking as she can't affect Fran-Ann's actions.

(AA) Phoenix Wright: The Ace Attorney, acts as Franziska's aide. Wonder's what is going on.

(AA) Pearl Fey: Act as a moral support.

(AA) Maya Fey: Moral support as well... Is the best informed about things.

(CV) Genya Arikado: Defendant and Franziska's client.

(AA) The Judge: Can't have a trial with out him.

Graham "Death" Reaper: Older prosecutor and master of intimidation, scares even the audience.

I decided to up technology level... (It is 2019 after all) So there are now flat monitor panels on the tables by which attorney's can easily access different information. This Court Record monitor acts basically in a very similar way to DS touch screen... Think it as a 12 inch DS touch screen... Without present and objection buttons of course.

Chapter III:

Nothing special... Recess discussion, some new faces... and ominous hints here and there... Which will be bothering the three in the future.

Introducing in chapter III:

Bernard & Thelma Schneider: Franny-Annie's parents who were in the audience following the trial.

Ingrid von Karma: Franziska's older sister... who will have an important role.

Chapter IV:

Trial actually begins and the first witness is heard... References to Castlevania: Symphony of the Night in sight.

Introducing in chapter IV:

(CV) Orlox: One of the bosses from SotN gets on the witness stand and presents his testimony.

Chapter V:

Next witness is nothing but trouble, whips and pies fly along with objections... and case comes to close... almost. More Symphony of the Night references and one for Portrait of Ruin.

Introducing in chapter V:

(CV) Suzy Cutebush (Succubus): Another of the SotN bosses takes the stand and is charming the male crowd... whipping ensues.

Chapter VI:

Trial ends and things get "little" more complicated as the courthouse changes into a battlefield in the actual meaning of the word.
More hints for our heroes to trouble themselves with. Also expected is an attack of the past evidence!

What exactly has happened here?... For now I can tell that there has been an interference which will cleared up in the future.
