It was a regular, boring day at Ivy University. 20 year old Phoenix Wright was NOT having a good day. Half an hour passed and he already got three detentions from only one teacher. Nothing could make his day worse. He was heading to his law class, as he was studying to be a lawyer to help his friend. Once he was there, it only took the teacher five seconds to bore him out of his mind. The only thing that was interesting was when the teacher announced the new students. Their names were Miles Edgeworth and Franziska von Karma.

“It can’t be…Miles?” he thought.

“Mr.Edgeworth, Miss von Karma, take a seat next to…Mr.Wright,” announced the teacher.

“Wait…whaaaat! Why do they have to sit next to me? Why not anyone else?!” exclaimed Phoenix.

“I agree…why would I ever want to sit next to Wright?” replied Miles. Franziska couldn’t help but giggle seeing the two old friends fight while the teacher was encouraging them to go on!

“Mr.Wright, I’m impressed! You countered every one of arguments yet you barely counter one in my class!” said the teacher proudly.

“That’s because I never pay attention in class!” thought Phoenix while rolling his eyes.

“Mr.Edgeworth, you go sit behind Mr.Wright. Miss von Karma, you sit next to him.” said the teacher still proud of his students.

“Hi! I’m Franziska von Karma! What’s your name?” asked Franziska.

“Uh h-hi! My n-name is Phoenix Wright. I’m studying to be a lawyer. What about you?” said Phoenix, blushing for no reason.

“Me? Um, I’m just studying to be a prosecutor because of my father.” replied Franziska, blushing as well.

“Mr.Wright, Miss von Karma, if you like talking so much why don’t you two starr in our fake trial today, hmm?” said the teacher angrily.

“Um…I…well you see…I…-“ Phoenix was cut off by the teacher.

“Come here…NOW!” said the teacher, his temper rising quickly.

“Ok ok…geez…would it kill him to say please?” said Phoenix.

“Mr.Wright…choose your position.” asked angrily the teacher.

“Defense attorney…duh…” replied Phoenix.

“Very well, Miss von Karma, you are the prosecutor. Are you ok with this?” asked the teacher.

“No sir, it’s no problem with me,” replied Franziska.

“Good, you may begin,” said the teacher. The two students were working together very well and just when Phoenix was about to lose…

The bell rang and the lesson was over.

“Well that was unfortunate. Oh well, you two did very well for your first attempt together,” said the teacher proudly.

~During Free Period~

“Well…that was interesting…I thought I’d lose! You’re really good, Franziska! We should be paired up more often!” said Phoenix with a blush on his face. She’s cute! Ask her out you wuss! But what if she doesn’t like me? Take a chance! His thoughts were raging inside his mind; he didn’t even notice that he was gazing at Franziska until she spoke up.

“Thanks Phoenix, you were great too! I’d like to be paired up with you again!” said Franziska with a blush forming on her face. Wow he’s cute! And really good at this attorney thing…maybe being a prosecutor won’t be so bad if I get to see him in court, thought Franziska.

Finally, Phoenix opened his mouth, “Uh thanks, are you busy tonight? Cause I thought that maybe we could hang out sometime if you’d like…” asked nervously Phoenix, hoping that the answer would be yes.

“I’d love to! Where will you meet me?” asked Franziska, excitedly.

“Uh how about I meet you at your house at 7?” asked Phoenix anxiously, glad that she’d love to spend time with him.

“That would be great!” said Franziska.

“Great! I’ll see you there!” said Phoenix.

“I’ll see you later, Phoenix.” Replied Franziska.The sound of her adressing him by his first name made him blush a lot.

“Hey Nick! Looks like you got a girlfriend!” his troublemaking friend, Larry Butz exclaimed, “She’s cute too! Wouldn’t mind a shot at her when you two break up!” he said, not caring about how Phoenix would react.

“I finally get a date with a cute girl and you already think we’ll break up…thanks Larry.” said Phoenix sarcastically.

“No problemo Nick!” replied Larry, too clueless to figure out that he was sarcastic.

How am I going to live with him around…I bet he didn’t even figure out I was being sarcastic… He sighed. That boy needs a life...or more importantly…a brain!

Franziska was eagerly waiting for her date with Phoenix Wright. She was stressing out at first because this was the first time she ever went on a date but she calmed down as soon as she realized how much she liked Phoenix.

“Franziska, where are you going tonight?” her father , Manfred von Karma, asked curiously.

“This boy at school asked me out and well…I agreed to go out with him.” Replied Franziska, slightly embarressed.

“A boy? You are a von Karma. We are perfect and yet here you are surrendering to the worst emotion of them all! You are surrendering to love! That is definetly not what I would call perfect!” exclaimed angrily Manfred.

"But, papa, I like this boy. Can't I have this one time where I don't have to be perfect? I assure you I'll make up for it by becoming the perfect prosecutor!" complained Franziska.I’ll straighten this boy out. He is not getting in Franziska’s way to perfection, thought Manfred.

"Fine but you must study twice as hard to become the perfect prosecutor." said Manfred.

"Of course, Papa." replied Franziska.

Phoenix was standing in front of the doorway waiting for Franziska to come. He finally put his hand on the door.

“You must be Phoenix Wright, come in. Now!” shouted Manfred. Phoenix reluctantly went in. He didn’t need any more stress than he already had.

“Why are you here early? You did say 7:00 p.m and it’s clearly 6:45 p.m.” stated Manfred, losing his patience too easily.

“It is? I didn’t notice, sorry,” replied Phoenix, scared out of his wits by this man.

“Sorry won’t fix anything.” said Manfred. I wonder how Franziska agreed to go out with this fool, he thought.

“Where are you two going tonight?” asked Manfred.

“Uh, I’m gonna take her out to eat at a restaurant,” answered Phoenix, now terrified more than he ever was.

“Listen to me Mr.Wright, if you dare to do any funny business with my daughter and I’ll make sure you never get to see her again.” said Manfred, making sure he was as intimidating as possible.

How terrifying can one man get! He gulped. Better get out of the way and act like a good boy. Man how long does 15 minutes take? I hope Franziska comes down soon, thought Phoenix.

“Yes sir, I won’t do anything inappropriate.” said Phoenix.

“I hope so.” said Manfred.

Suddenly footsteps were heard and Franziska was walking down the stairs. Phoenix couldn’t help but stare.

“Hi Franziska. You look great tonight.”said Phoenix, "Not that you don’t look great all the time!” added Phoenix nervously.

“Have fun, you two and Mr.Wright, remember what I told you…or else. Make sure you’re home by 10 p.m. Sharp.” said Manfred.

~At the Restaurant~

“Well,that talk with your dad was…a little disturbing…” said Phoenix.

“Don’t worry about him. He’s just protecting me. I’m sure he means well.” said Franziska, comforting him.

“Thanks. I’m just a little nervous, that’s all.” replied Phoenix. The rest of their date went well and Phoenix escorted Franziska home.

“That was fun. I’d like to do that again! Well, see you tomorrow, Franziska!” said Phoenix.

“I’d love to do that again, Phoenix! I’ll see you tomorrow!” said Franziska. Suddenly she pressed her lips onto Phoenix's. Phoenix was shocked at first but had no objections and wrapped his arms around her. They pulled away and blushed profusely.

“Uh, I’ll see you tomorrow.” said Phoenix.

“You too, bye Phoenix.” said Franziska.

~The Next Day~

“Yo Nick, so how did your date go yesterday? Did she break up with you?” asked Larry, partly hopeful.

“Uh, it went better than I expected.” said Phoenix, blushing as he recalled the kiss they shared last night.

“Oh yeah, I just heard that Edgy asked Maya out too!” said Larry.

“Edgeworth did WHAT? With Maya? Well he didn’t say anything when he found out that me and Franziska went out so I can at least be happy for him!” said Phoenix, still not believing the news he just heard.

Suddenly the bell rang.

“Aww man! Well see ya later, Nick!” said Larry.

“You too buddy.” replied Phoenix. He headed for class, now realizing that it’s his law class, a.k.a the one Franziska’s in. In class he took a seat and scanned the room for any sign of Franziska or Edgeworth at least. He didn’t see them.

“Uh sir, where are Miss von Karma and Mr.Edgeworth?” asked Phoenix.

“Oh them, they moved back to Germany because their father said that this school is not good enough for them.” said the teacher, sadly now that his star pupils were gone.

Phoenix was heartbroken. Now he wouldn’t be able to see Franziska again. But he recalled that Franziska wanted to be a prosecutor so he could see her again! He decided to study harder to become an attorney just so he could see her again…

It’s been years since Phoenix saw Franziska. He felt no motivation to continue life. He tried getting his mind off her by going out with a girl named Dahlia Hawthorne but all in vain as she tried to kill him. It was thanks to Mia Fey that he figured that out.

Once he became an attorney it turned out that Mia was his mentor. While he was working with her, he developed a crush on her but before he could tell her that, she was murdered. After that he met her sister, Maya Fey who became his assistant. He also went out with her but, after a while, realized that he did not have any special feelings for her except those of an older brother. A year passed when something happened, a miracle. A year later, Franziska came back.

“I am Franziska von Karma, the prodigy.” She simply said. Phoenix looked at her before saying,

“I… see…” was all he managed to say after he saw that whip of hers. He didn’t know what happened. This wasn’t the Franziska he knew. This was a more evil, perfection-obsessesed Franziska that had nothing good to say about Phoenix. She had changed over the years and simply forgot Phoenix, practically erasing the event that brought them together from her mind.

A year after he met Franziska again, she came again but she was much nicer than she was a year ago. Phoenix thought that was a good sign so he attempted not to ruin the moment. After the hazakurain case Phoenix decided to call Franziska to his office to see how she felt about him and maybe even show her how he felt. Maya was out for burgers and she took Pearl with her so he didn’t expect them to be home for a while. The doorbell rang and Phoenix went out to get it.

“Phoenix Wright, I hope you have a good reason to make me come all the way to your office.” She said. Franziska was getting angry which meant that this wouldn’t be good for him.

“I came here to discuss a matter with you. Please sit down.” He said calmly.

I wonder what this fool is up to. Thought Franziska. Phoenix came back with two photos in his hand.

“Phoenix Wright, what is this foolishness?” Asked Franziska as she saw the photos in his hand.

“Just answer me these few questions and that’s it,” said Phoenix while grabbing a photo in his other hand and showing it off to Franziska.

“Fine.” Was all Franziska managed to say.

“Who’s this girl in the photo? Asked Phoenix as he showed Franziska a picture of herself when she was younger.

“T-T-That’s me.” Said Franziska shocked.

“But Phoenix Wright I don’t understand, why do you have a picture of me in your grasp?” asked Franziska.

“Now that will be answered with the second question.” Replied Phoenix normally. He grabbed the other photo and showed it to Franziska.

“Now who is that boy in the picture?” Asked Phoenix while showing her a photo of himself, also younger.

“That’s you… but I do not understand how you could have obtained a photo of me when I was younger.” Said Franziska still unaware of the event that just took place.

“Think Franziska. You can do it. Just think. Which schools did you go to when you were younger?” Asked Phoenix trying to jog her memory.

“All the schooling I ever got was homeschooling. But I vaguely remember a time where I went to a public University called Ivy University but I still do not understand how you can possibly have that photo.” Replied Franziska trying to find a solution slowly feeling like she’s close to the answer.

“What happened there?” Asked Phoenix.

“I went out with this boy that I liked that I met in law class.” She answered.

“What was this boy’s name?” Asked Phoenix.

“… The boy’s name was… Phoenix Wright! That’s how you got that photo!” Franziska said when realization hit her.

“Exactly. And do you remember the events that took place there?” Asked Phoenix once again.
“I remember that I did this.” She said while pressing her lips against his, remembering the moment they shared and how after she went home her father somehow found out what happened and him transferring them out of that school.

Suddenly Maya and Pearl came into the room, talking about how great it was that they added a bigger burger to the menu when they stopped in their tracks.

As soon as Phoenix and Franziska found out that Maya and Pearl returned they pulled away and blushed profusely.

“Uh hi Maya, I didn’t expect you to be here so early! I thought you were out for burgers with Edgeworth!” Said Phoenix.

“Well I was until Edgey said he needed to go get some papers for an upcoming case that he has and dropped us off here. And I thought you were here discussing a case with Franzy and here you are, making out with her,” said Maya teasing Phoenix. Suddenly Pearl comes and jumps on Phoenix, hitting him.

“Mr.Nick! I thought you were Mystic Maya’s ‘special someone’ and here you are, kissing the prosecutor that was so mean to Mystic Maya last year! I’ll never forgive you!” said Pearl before getting off Phoenix.

“Pearly! Me and Nick are never going to be together! It’s just your imagination! Plus don’t you know that I’m going out with Edgey?” Asked Maya, not bothered with the situation at all. Nick needs a girlfriend. She thought and she didn’t bother who it was.

“You and Mr.Eh-ji-werth are going out? But what about you and Mr.Nick?” Asked Pearl, confused by the situation.

“Me and Maya are never going to be together. There’s nothing forcing us together but you.” Said Phoenix.

“I’m sorry Mr.Nick. But did it have to be the prosecutor that was mean to Mystic Maya?” Asked Pearl.

“I’m sorry for what I did to Miss Fey but I was under the pressure of trying to be perfect and all I cared about was getting a guilty verdict.” Added Franziska.

“It’s ok, Franzy. After all you did help me in the Nickel Samurai case and the Hazakurain case! I bet we’re going to be best friends! Oh and I hope you invite me to the wedding!” Said Maya while hugging Franziska.

“Maya! We didn’t even start going out and you’re already planning our wedding!” exclaimed Phoenix.

“I’m not planning your wedding! I’m just saying that if you get married, don’t forget to invite me.” Said Maya.

“Me too Mr.Nick! Don’t forget to invite me!” Said Pearl while bouncing happily up and down. By now, Phoenix and Franziska were a lovely shade of crimson. Well at least they were happy together.

Phoenix was looking out of his window. He was completely bored. He wasn’t going to watch the Steel Samurai unlike Pearl and Maya who were watching it with complete focus while making sure Franziska stayed there to watch with them. When they weren’t looking she went next to Phoenix to try and cheer him up.
It’s only been a few days since they had gotten together but during that time Franziska has grown really close to Phoenix and had been much nicer ever since she started dating Phoenix and started showing him her softer and more gentle side. Phoenix had grown close to Franziska too and loved her more than he ever did with anyone else and wasn’t going to give her up for anything.
Maya and Pearl seemed O.K. with the situation too. Pearl started referring to Phoenix as Franziska’s special someone while Maya and Franziska became best friends. Phoenix thought that he was lucky to have friends like Maya and Pearl who adapted to the situation so easily.
“Phoenix, are you ok?” Asked Franziska as Phoenix had a thoughtful look on his face.
“Huh? Oh it’s nothing. I’m just a little bored. There’s no case up and I don’t think there’s anything to do right now.” Replied Phoenix snapping out of his thoughts.
“Nick!!! There’s a new Steel Samurai episode out at the mall! Can we go there please?” Asked Maya with a puppy dog look on her face.
“Phoenix, you did say you have nothing better to do so why not?” Said Franziska.
“Mr.Nick, you have too! Please Mr.Nick? You don’t want to be away from your ‘special someone’!” Added Pearl while copying Maya.
“Fine. But you pay for the episode because it’s bad enough you blow my pay on burgers!” Exclaimed Phoenix. He was not letting Maya get away with something he had to pay for this time.
“But Nick! I left all my money at Kurian Village! And making me go there costs you even more money! That’s why I told you to come in the first place!” Exclaimed Maya. One way or another she’s gonna win. Like she always does.
“Gee thanks Maya. I’ve been reduced from friend to pay boy in your mind.” Said Phoenix while sighing.
He checked his wallet to make sure he had enough money there to buy Maya’s episode. Unfortunately he did. This meant that he was going to be dragged around the mall by Maya and Pearl. Well at least Franziska was coming and he wouldn’t be bored anymore.
“You’re welcome Nick!” Said Maya cheerfully.
~At the Mall~
“Come on Nick! Don’t be such a slowpoke!” Said Maya while running towards the video store which was crowded with children. Maya soon became one of them, save for the being a child part. But that was physically. Mentally though… let’s just say that’s a different story…
“Maya wait! Come back here! You can’t get the episode without money!” Said Phoenix.
“Oh right. Thanks Nick! Oh and can Pearly stay with you guys?” Asked Maya.
“Sure. Well we’re going to get something to drink. We’ll meet you back here in an hour, ok? Replied Phoenix.
“Ok Nick. See ya there!” Said Maya while taking the money from his hand. Maya went to the store and left Phoenix, Pearl and Franziska.
“Ok then. Shall we go have something to drink?” Asked Phoenix.
“Sure Mr.Nick! I’m thirsty!” Said Pearl sweetly.
“I think I could go for a drink.” Said Franziska.
“Well then I can’t keep the ladies waiting now, can I?” Joked Phoenix while holding Franziska’s hand and making sure Pearl is next to him.
~At a restaurant~
“So what do you want to drink?” Asked Phoenix.
“Mr.Nick, can I have juice?” Asked Pearl innocently.
“Sure, why not?” Answered Phoenix while smiling. “What will you be having, Franziska?”
“I’ll just take a glass of water.” Replied Franziska.
“I’ll have one too.” Said Phoenix. Soon the waiter came and took their orders. They drank their drinks and left to go find Maya. They found her in front of the video store with a box in her hand.
“Wow Mystic Maya! I can’t wait to see it!” Said Pearl excitedly.
“Me neither! Let’s go home Nick!” Said Maya excitedly running towards the automatic doors.
The gang went home and Maya and Pearl went to watch the Steel Samurai.
“Oh yeah I forgot that Edgey likes the Steel Samurai! I should invite him over!” Said Maya while picking up the phone.
“Miles watches the Steel Samurai? Interesting… especially for blackmail on him…” Said Franziska deviously.
“Wouldn’t have it any other way!” Said Phoenix as he heard a knock on the door. It was Miles.
“Hello Wright, Franziska. Where’s Maya? I need to… discuss something with her…”He said.
“She’s in the living room and have fun discussing the Steel Samurai!” Replied Phoenix with a smirk on his face as Miles turned a deep shade of red.
“Shut up Wright. I do not like the Steel Samurai ok?” Miles said becoming redder by the second. Suddenly five phsyche-locks appeared on his chest.
“Miles, you’re lying. There are five phsyche-locks on your chest. You can’t lie with me around.” Said Phoenix.
“I have to see Maya, Wright. I’ll see you two lovebirds later.” Said Miles. Phoenix and Franziska became a deep shade of crimson as Miles made his way to the living room.

Maya Fey, Phoenix’s assistant was watching the Steel Samurai video that they bought at the mall the day before. She had nothing better to do anyway. Phoenix had a case against Edgeworth and Franziska wasn’t fun to talk to about the Steel Samurai and Pearl was channeling Mia to help Phoenix.
“Are you ok, Maya?” Said Franziska as she was coming with two drinks. She sat down and gave one to Maya as they watched the remaining of the episode and Maya was complaining that it was too short this time and that she’d have to wait another week to see the next one.
“Why is it that there’s nothing fun to do when Nick or Edgey aren’t here?” Maya asked impatiently. It was true, even though when Phoenix was around she usually ended up torturing him, it was the fun kind of torture for her.
“Mostly because they’re fun to talk to and buy you your Steel Samurai episodes.” Said Franziska. Maya did have a way to convince either Phoenix or Edgeworth to keep her entertained.
“I guess and Edgey is fun to talk to. He knows a lot about the Steel Samurai! And he even gave me a rare collectable card of the Evil Magistrate.” Maya said happily as she got up of the couch and went to get her cards to show Franziska. She came back holding a huge stack of cards that seemed like it was too much trouble to hold herself. Franziska got up and helped her carry half the cards while wondering just how many were there.
“Thanks Franzy! I never would have carried all one million and five cards by myself!” Said Maya happily, counting the cards and making sure all of them were there and nothing fell on the floor. Suddenly a noise was heard as Phoenix burst through the door. He looked tired and told the girls that it would be best that he got some rest after an incredibly long case. Soon afterwards Miles and Pearl came through the door and went next to Maya and Franziska.
“We’re sorry we took so long but it took us ages to get the criminal to confess his crime and Wright did all the work.” Said Miles as he sat down a little on the couch next to Maya. Phoenix soon joined them as he went next to Franziska, explaining the details of the case. Pearl was listening with a lot of attention because she was channeling Mia through the whole case. Miles never really saw Phoenix and Franziska together during their relationship and was surprised that Franziska no longer whipped Phoenix or called him a fool. Miles was beginning to wonder what made Phoenix have such an effect on her.
Suddenly he also began noticing that Phoenix was much more concentrated on his work and much more organized with his work. Phoenix and Franziska had a good effect on each other which was good for Miles.
“Hey Edgeworth, you’ve been quiet lately. Is everything ok?” Asked Phoenix with a concerned look on his face. Phoenix and Edgeworth have come a little closer as well. In fact, they treat each other like brothers. Same with Larry but a little less.
“Yes Mr.Edgey. You look a little bothered by something. You don’t want Mystic Maya to worry about her ‘special someone’ because that wouldn’t make her very happy.” Said Pearl as she saw Maya looking at Edgeworth with worry appearant in her eyes.
“Everything is fine, Wright, Pearl. No need for your concern.”Said Edgeworth insistently. But he knew that they were only concerned with his well being.
“Nick! I’m bored! Steel Samurai season eleven won’t come out until next week! I know! How about we go for a walk in the park!” Said Maya while pouting like she usually does when she wants something badly.
“I agree. A walk in the park sounds nice.” Said Franziska. It was a long time since she took a nice, long walk around the local park. Pearl agreed too because she liked walking around with them. The boys agreed and they all went to change first to something suitable for a walk. And suits weren’t what people would call suitable for a walk.
They went to People Park strolling together, Phoenix and Franziska were walking, hand in hand as Maya had her arms wrapped around Miles’. Pearl was walking between the couples to make sure she was next to both Maya and Phoenix to feel more secure. After half an hour, a sound was heard from Maya’s stomach.
“Nick, Edgey, I’m hungry!” Said Maya while continuously pulling their sleeves and looking at them in the eyes.
“Sure I guess. Are you coming, Franziska?” Asked Phoenix. He wasn’t going anywhere without his girlfriend after all. Maya was pouting at Franziska because she knew that Phoenix wouldn’t go anywhere without her.
“I’d like that. It’s been a while since I had any ice cream in fact.” Said Franziska while smiling at Phoenix. Pearl let out a cry of joy as they made their way to the ice cream store and got their ice cream. Maya took a chocolate one, Miles took a strawberry one, Pearl took a vanilla ice cream and Phoenix and Franziska took blueberry ice cream.
As they finished their ice creams, Phoenix noticed that there was some left on Franziska’s lip so he licked it off.
“It’s delicious.” Commented Phoenix while looking at her. Miles and Maya knew what was coming because just a few days ago, Miles did the same thing to her.
“Yes, the ice cream is very delicious.” Said Franziska after hearing his comment. Phoenix stared into her eyes as he said the next bit of his sentence.
“I wasn’t talking about the ice cream, I was talking about you.” He said as he began blushing. Franziska became very red and Pearl could have practically been heard from the other sound of time as she yelled out a great ‘yes!’. The gang slowly went home after a long day. But it was all worth it in the end.

After months of dating, Phoenix decided to step forward. He wanted to show Franziska how much she meant to him and how much he loved her. He was impatiently pacing back and forth in his office with the ring he bought in the pocket of his trousers and Phoenix was suddenly filled with worry. What if she didn’t accept? What if she had been using him like Dahlia? What if he wasn’t ready for this?
His questions would have to be answered when he proposes as there was a knock on the door. Phoenix’s throat suddenly became dry as Franziska entered the office.
“Do you need something Phoenix? You were sounding unsure when you asked me to come here. Is something the matter?” Asked Franziska while hoping that it wasn’t something terrible like them breaking up. Or worse. She wasn’t sure she wanted to know if it would break her heart. Phoenix came next to her and tried to regain his words.
“Yes I’m fine. I just wanted to ask you something.” Phoenix said as he knelt down and started fumbling with his pocket.
“I really enjoyed these few months and I-I love you so much and I want to prove it. I d-don’t k-know how but this might do.” He said as he finally found what he was looking for and took it out slowly.
“Franziska von Karma, will you marry me?” Phoenix said as he closed his eyes, afraid of what her response would be. Franziska’s eyes filled with tears of joy as she hugged Phoenix.
“Of course I will, you fool!” She said as she kissed him. Phoenix slipped the ring on her finger and kissed her back. At that moment Maya, Pearl and Edgeworth came through the door, Maya with a ring on her finger. Miles had proposed to Maya as well.
“Hello Wright. I see you proposed today as well.” Said Miles when he saw the ring on Franziska’s finger.
“Can anyone say double wedding!” Said Maya excitedly as she went next to Miles while Pearl was practically glowing with joy. Miles, Phoenix and Franziska were all blushing but they had to admit that that was a good idea. The gang sat on the couch and started discussing their plans for the wedding. Every time they said the word ‘wedding’ Pearl would be bouncing with joy and happiness that ‘Mystic Maya is getting married to her ‘special someone’’ as she put it.
After the proposal everyone was in a better mood. Miles would be nicer to Phoenix, Franziska would get along with even Gumshoe more than usual. Maya stopped eating that much burgers and talk about the Steel Samurai, Phoenix would be more confident and focused at court and Pearl wouldn’t stop bouncing with joy the whole time. It certainly was the best thing that happened to them. Hence, the best thing that happened to everyone they knew. It certainly was going to have a happy ending.
