It was NSBT, he/she created the sprites as an April Fools joke last year on the backup Court-Records forum.

Indeed, they are. However, this was found in Japanese site originally, so I really doubt NSBT made these.

Cold pretty much said all I needed too.
Funny fact time; my ring finger is actually lot bigger (still shorter though) than my other fingers.
I don't know the exact reason (because I didn't listen back then when I was a child) but it has something to do with my rheumatoid arthritis, or what ever it's called...
...Granted; it's not THAT big but...Meh...Dunno...Just seemed for funny fact time there.... :P

But yeah...C pretty much said it all here.
