First Sprite - Ouran

Heya people i've never sprited before but i thought i'd give it a try, so i made a OC based on the anime ouran high school host club and phoenix wright.

There an ouran student who wants to be a scientific investigator :scientific:

Please let me know what you all think, but try not to be too harsh as i've never done this before, thanks :will:

Also i wanted it to be a guy, but as i used Emas sprite as a base it still looks very girly, any ideas on how i can make the face a but more manly?

Hey that is pretty good, Add a couple of shading to where it's still needed, and clean up the stray pixels and you've got one excellent character there -nods-

That's right, I'm producing something. Expect something to come out of my new production studio.

I LOVE Ouran (tis' my fave anime). It's very good for a first sprite.

As for how to make him look manly, try and put someone else's features on Ema's face (it works for me).

I'm not going to be here very often anymore.

i dunno if came out very good though :/
can people tell me which they think is better, also if more shaded id needed and where.

The second one is definitely a step in the right direction, but the eye looks a little off, and the lapels on his coat could use some shading.
