About your sister's badge, it's good (I couldn't do any better ^^)
But if you need advice to improve yourself, I may say that it lacks relief. I mean, it would be better with some shadow and light effects to give really the feeling of a 3d object. Here, it looks kind of flat, contrary to Phoenix attorney's badge in the games

random information: Rich is a pretty clumsy attorney. he even wears clothing that dosent match! most people don't know how he managed to become a defense attorney, since he fibs a lot. but other than his clumsyness, his mix-matchiness, and his lying, he is actually a pretty good attorney! so far he's only just won his first case, but people seem to love him.
misc. fact: his clothing is kind of based off of Godot, but not really...his hair kind of looks like a mixture of Diego and Godot's buts it's actually completly different. his hair actually spikes back more like Phoenix's...

I'm thinking OlderEma!Face. Maybe with green eyes, if you can. And she has medium/long brown wavy hair, kinda like Vera's with the bangs. She also has a headband, purple one. Uhm, she kinda has a shirt like Apollo's white one, only its purple, and wears a green vest over it. Her tie is lime green, and the vest is kinda like Godots...with the stripes, and the stripes are purple....And if you fit the skirt area in, she wears a green skirt that matches her vest color.
She's short-ish and has a normal build.
