As for Flash, I wish I could say I've worked on him more. But, not so much (sorry! Finals!) I've been on an unsaid hiatus for a couple weeks now, but... Winter break is approaching next week, so I will work on different poses any animation for Flash. Hee.

Well, I wouldn't go adding anything to this sprite that wasn't already there on the forward-facing base sprite.

- The profile pic looks like Mia with a hard plastic wig on and the beauty mark removed.
On that note...- I know I defended it a long while back, but after doing a literal side-by-side comparison, it is young Mia with the face. Which I know is kind of nice when it comes to the body (which is much akin to Ami's figure) but Ami needs to be her own entity when it comes to the head. For instance, Apollo was used for the base of Geno's head, but the differences are so vast, it's unnoticeable. But with Ami, the similarities are so-striking, it's scary. As far as her poses go, they are similar for some, but it's negligible.
- I like the opening of the close-up sprite, but when I said unbutton her shirt more, I meant so for all sprites. And more than just one or two. More like...five...
Basically: Screw modesty. I'm taking her character traits a little further. As Ema once said (ugh, I hate using this term in any form, but it fits the situation...):

...Wasn't it already gold? Never mind, I'm sure it can either be explained off, or maybe edited away. As for the other arm...it looks dislocated. And that his hand is going into the back pocket (if that's intended, okay, but otherwise it looks weird). Also, the other arm sorta looks out of place with the new pose (perhaps it's just hanging there, or is in the other pocket?).

EDIT: I played around with your sprite a bit moving buttons, fixing the arm, and also, I softened the darkest black so it would make the sprite blend better.
A few other tips I could offer is to ease up on the uber complex pallete, try not to have 15 shades of skin and 20 shades of clothes. Simplify it by repeating colors in different places, take advantage of optical illusions (a color looks darker surrounded by lighter shades of color and vice versa), otherwise its really good.
