Always save in PNG for sprites. You can do .gif if you work with a palette at the start, making animations and/or want a smaller file size however PNG is the best format.

Does anyone have an intimidating Judge that I could use in my game, Justice's Memoirs, or would be able to work with me to create a base sprite of a judge? I require this character for Case 2 and every time I've tried to sprite him, he ends up looking too much like Udgey and/or his Canadian brother.
If anyone is interested please send me a PM for details, though there's only one; he has to be intimidating. You practically have free reign over this sprite. If you wanted to make the Judge female then do so as long as she is intimidating.
