Well the thing is that Nitocris only had 28 posts and was on here for less than a few months.
You're gonna have to search hard to find anyone with a connection with them.

Further detail:
When he's serious, he's looking straight ahead in the same direction as wright. They're kind of similar.
When he's smug, he will be holding onto the brim of his fedora and giving a toothy grin, and he'll adjust his fedora.
When he's stressed, he will have his hand up under his mouth in a fist so his bottom lip is barely touching the join closest to the hand of his pointer finger, and when he's not talking, he'll sort of bite on it a little.
When he's objecting, he's smiling.
When he's looking at a piece of paper, his eyes are narrowed and he'll have his finger on a part of it.
When he's shocked, his Fedora will fly up as he bends back a little, and he'll grab part of his hair, and the fedora will fall down onto it. His mouth will first open when he goes back, stay for a moment, then it will closed with his teeth gritting.

I'm not good with Ace Attorney Spriting (I'm pretty good at Pokemon Spriting but myeh), and I require a character for my fan game.
Okay so, what I need is a co-council and normal sprite (face on) of a girl called 'Luna Klipze'. I already have a Trainer Sprite of her clothes:
(The sprite on the right was one I found from the web, can't remember who it was by. I recreated it on the Team Rocket Female Grunt sprite from Pokemon Heart Gold/Soul Silver, but you get the idea)
I want a similar design to the clothing on the above sprites. Long, blonde hair (Regina Berry hair colour), with blue eyes. She's also a very energetic person (think Maya/Trucy). If necessary, the hat can be left out.
If you really wanted to, you could just use the base sprites for Maya for Luna. They are somewhat similar characters.
If this is too difficult of a task, a Regina Berry co-council sprite will suffice as a replacement. I can always use Regina as Luna instead if necessary.
To summarise:
1) Normal and Co-Council sprite set for 'Luna Klipze'.
OR
2) Co-Council Sprite Set for Regina Berry.
If possible, could you turn them into .gifs? I don't know how to, nor do I think I have the resources to turn pictures into gifs...
I collected some of Trucy's and Maya's poses that I think would suit Luna. I'll drop them in a spoiler tag.

I'd agree that the topic isn't great, and requests actually getting done pretty much doesn't happen and that's generally because the forum isn't as active as it once was, particularly in terms of active spriters. Probably a big factor in the lack of spriting is how the sprites in the actual games have progressed, AAI's sprites used significantly more colours than the first 4 games, making splicing and recolouring that much more difficult and now AA5 doesn't use sprites at all.
Like ReturnofthePhoenix said, a lot of these requests are far too ambitious. Even when using parts from other sprites, making a decent product takes a decent amount of time and effort, and many of these requests are asking for a whole set of poses on top of that. It's good to have a vision of your character, but make sure to think about how much effort spriters are likely to be willing to put in.
AteaAtlaw, your request would probably fall under what I'm talking about. It might be worth trying to get a single sprite of your character and working from there. Perhaps try and see if there's any spriters in the subforum who have been active recently and say requests are accepted. There are definitely a decent amount of Diego sprites on the forums, although you can get into murky territory if the creators didn't say you can use them with credit.

If I get some time I might try making a base sprite for Luna using the poses I posted. (I removed the Godot DA sprite as I have figured a way around it.) I'll take a looksie around the subforums then. Thank you.

The first set is the frontal images for investigations. Basically, it's Feenie's official sprites without the facemask.
Second set would be him as an assistant during trials. Of course, with the facemask off.
So basically, I only need Feenie's sprites with the facemask off.
