the Mayanick avvi didn't have any effort at all,

Your sprites could use some work; you have a tendency to recolour them messily, leaving a good amount of uncoloured spots. G.Gustice is a perfect example of that. Since we're focusing on him, I'll say a bit more; I like how you did his hair, it doesn't look bad, although in the second sprite we can see some uncoloured pixels. About his clothes... I'm not very found of how you recoloured it - you basically put the colour over Apollo's sprite, not leaving any lineart. The shading's very jaggy, especially on the first and thirds sprite. Some anti-aliasing would be nice too. I won't say much about the Phoenix/Maya avatar, because you didn't do much on this one - the sprites are just pasted on background and they look like they're floating. PhoenixTears sprite is one of your best, but you keep leaving these annoying uncoloured spots. I'm sorry, but I can't say anything good about the older TPK sprite; the proportions are strange and her face looks very unnatural. When you're changing the characters' hair, remember to make it fit the face, without overlapping it. Look closely at the sprite: her eyes are beyond the edges of her face, she has no forehead and her cheeks are just cut-out. Also, even more uncoloured pixels. When you're recolouring a sprite,(which is a technique I don't really approve) try to be more precise! You can ruin the sprite, when you leave some uncoloured spots, it looks like you didn't work much on that. Let's move on... Cyrus Sawdid. You made exactly the same mistake as in the first sprite and the yellow part of his hair ends in a weird place, like it was cut. Next one, Gardenia. It can be seen that you worked on it, but you keep making the same mistakes. Jaggedy shading, uncoloured pixels.. Otherwise, this one is pretty good, I like your idea with the flower; it looks very unnatural, though - I suggest you look at a real flower and try to make a sprite out of it. Also, her mouth looks very strange in the 'evil-mode'. It would look more natural, if it was flipped horizontally and resized a little.
Summing it up, you make the same mistakes over and over - try to fix them and you'll sprites will be much better. If you want to have less work with recolouring, I suggest you use a multiple-layer program and redraw the original sprites. It's more time-consuming than the recolour method, but the outcome is much better.
