Katelyn's first sprite attemps

I'm not too good yet, but practicing is the key, right? So, here's my first two sprites. The first is a blend of all the girls from GS4 and Desiree and the second is one of my OCs, Videl Nodem. If you don't get the name pun, try an anagram... Anyway, I'm going to keep trying to improve!

So, here they are:

1. ...Tevald? I can't think of a name for her... But it's Trucy, Ema, Vera, Alita, Lamiroir and Desiree.

wow, very nice so far.
I'd like to see more like these...

Just a tip perhaps, I like the first one, But try to recolor the components to fit each other.+ It would seem less of a "frankensprite".

These are pretty good for first sprites. Somthings bothering me about the first one, might have somthing to do with a lack of a neck. She should go to a doctor about that. Videl, on the other hand, is very well done. The hair-shading could be improved, but these are still good for a first go. You get a Psyche-Lock sticker of approval. :keiko:

Oh, you're right there. I'll avoid that next time, and try to change it. n_n
Okay! I'll work on the hair as well. Thanks for these tips, you lot.... I'm going to try again tomorrow with another OC, I think.
