Does anybody know what I have to do to make they "gifs"?

Step 2: Open the sheet in Paint or something. Paste it into the Gimp file.
Step 3: Use the "Select by colour" tool to select the background, and press delete.
Step 4: For the next frame, on the menu bar go Layer>New layer, paste the next frame, line it up, delete the background. Repeat for each frame of thet animation.
Step 5: When all the frames are there on different layers, File> Save as> GIF. when the window appears, select "Save as animation". on the next window, set the frame delay to 200 milliseconds.
Voila!
