Hello and Hap'piraki!

So, in case you haven't been keeping up with Ask Ace Attorney lately, the original Mod left back in 2017, and the blog is now run by the Modthorne* and myself, the Co-Mod! You could call us the blog's "Apollo" and "Athena," if you wanted to. :apollo:

(And some people have.)

*The Modthorne has since left, and was replaced with two other young ladies who go by the names "Mod Paups" and "Mod Maya" and a guy who goes by "Mod Kristoph"! The Mod was also nice enough to rejoin us and provide some help as well!

Anyway, since I've been following in the Mod's footsteps by creating sprite edits using GIMP 2 whenever the situation calls for it, I decided I might as well post a compilation of them here for everyone to gaze, laugh, or make a disturbed face at -- whatever suits your fancy. There aren't that many so far, but I hope you'll enjoy them.

Hey, this is actually pretty great! The original AAA depository has been long out of commission due to the entire Photobucket fiasco hiding all the actual sprites, so this is pretty nice to see!

You want the request thread, dude. It's generally seen as bad manners to post requests in specific artists' threads unless they have specifically stated that requests are open.

Hey! I'm also a bit of a noob when it comes to sprite-making, but I'll be happy to give it a try. What sort of sprites did you have in mind?

I'm still planning out alot, but these are some ideas i have in mind

Phoenix: Fist desk slam, Coffee Throw, Edgeworth style point, Lawyer suit with bottle, open hand, desk slam to point, mini with hand on desk.
Apollo: Double slam, Coffe cup, Super Objection (Simular to phoenix and mia objection from T&T) slam that causes hair to turn to lightning or fire.
Trucy: Hatless sprites (Talking, hop, Pumped etc) Maya suit, Crying (based on SoJ), red clothes instead of blue (reference to 8 year old trucy)
Dahllia: Umbrella flattened, standard sprites but made as a ghost.

These are my first few ideas, so there will be more to come. But having to do work, I can't promise I'll be in contact all the time. so if you don't get a response straight away that's why.

Also, if you have trouble with making the sprites on your own, please feel free to work with others. I am fine with others helping out, just as long as they get credit.

Hello!

Sorry to keep you waiting, but I've been busy with a few other things lately, so...I haven't had time to start on the sprites just yet. :oops:

I'm starting on them today, though, so I'll hopefully have something to share with you by tomorrow.

I'm fine myself actually.
Also if you haven't had the chance to start the sprites yet, I understand. I'm busy with work myself, I'm gonna go to bed (with the time over here in the UK) but i'd at least leave a message.

If you take requests i have some for Kay Faraday to use in Attorney Online.
(Might be difficult though)
