Me too. I'd say the Yellow one suits the best. (if there was a Yumihiko Smiley, I'd put it here.)

I got the story part done, for two cases.
Spoiler:
First one, is murder (SHOCKER). The defendant becomes your helper later on. Don't know who the prosecutor will be.
3rd or 4th case
(Really Real spoilers)
(This spoils a part of the game's story.)

The main prosecutor is kidnapped, your helper, (first defendant) is nowhere to be found, and worst of all, you boss is the defendant!
Then later on in the case, you get a mysterious call from someone saying. "If you don't get (Boss's name) guilty, she dies." Then he putas the phone next to her, the main prosecutor's, mouth. And this is the real spoiler. The reason your helper is nowhere to be found is because "drum roll" The main prosecutor and her are sisters! With a very bad relationship.

Now remember, this is not fixed, and I cannot promise any of the details will stay, but the general ideas will.

Yeah, thanks, I made a lot of reference to backburner's old man defendant sprite.
Yes, I did not franken it in, I just used it as something for my eyes to go off.
So thx, backburner for making a sprite with that kind of hair.

Well My other sister, is a good writer, if she had any free time, I would ask her. Its going slowly, because of me working on other aspects.
Plus, these are my characters, so I don't someone to botch them up.
EDIT: Made some of my own diego side sprites, as a base for the Co-Counsel I'm making.

Upon closer inspection, I do see the difference between the two. Mainly the hairline, eyes, and mouth. The rest looks pretty close to identical, but since I'm pretty sure Fusion used the official Godot sprites as a base, I guess there's no problem here after all. My apologies.

As for fixing the hairline, although it's an AAI sprite, Shi-Long Lang might be able to give you a general shape to work with, if not necessarily hair itself.

I used one of Armando's co counsel eye,for the right one, and used Fusion's left eye for reference.

The eyes look pretty good so far. I'd recommend copying the hair to a new layer (assuming your program supports layers) and recolor it to match Diego's hair pallette. The reason I suggest moving it to a new layer is so that recoloring it doesn't have unexpected side effects on the rest of the sprite.

I use Adobe/paint/gimp 2.0. All are pretty easy to reverse, and use. I like the color palette for fusion's sprites though, so I'll use the hair color for my sprite.

About your detective sprites... I don't know if it's just me, but the lab coat seems a little too high and far from her shoulders . Other than that, it looks great!

Hello, guys, well its been a while, and sadly I have nothing to show for it, although I have found a possibly new way to make a phoenix wright game without using AAO, or any other case maker, including PWlib.
I'm working on the layouts of the designs, and trying to find ways to make stuff easier.
Guess what program I'm going to use, if this test works, I will most definitely be using the program.

Also here is another remix, Admission of Truth

EDIT: Here is what I got so far for a HD pic for possible thought route. Went through hell just putting this together.
Image

Feedback?

EDIT 2: The Program I'm testing the thing on is being a son of a gun, and not working the way it has previously, but I'm figuring things out. I was also thinking once getting a base down for most the systems, I could probably upload it.
Also its so time consuming because I have to code, more of script, as I make the graphics, and animations for everything.
2nd, I had to rip alot of things, that court records did not. Such as: New game, and continue graphics, and the play arrows. Which took quite some time. Also I learned that the court record rips are a little different then the actual sprites, but just slightly.
