Extending the arm into a ">" shape might work better than a "J" shape. (Franziska's front sprites are a good reference).

For some reason, today's idea was me trying to give Machi more poses by reversing which ones had glasses and which ones did not.

Front sprites are easier so I tried editing those first.

I just have a tip for doing details using black like for the eyes and nose - don't use the darkest colour as your base so you can add shadows and highlights. If it's a black eye, maybe use a dark grey so you can add details in like an outline for the iris.

Oh! They're so cool, I like Athena's sprites but Apollo's are pretty too!

Hey, guys! Welcome to my sprite page! All the sprites in the top section are organized by where they are found in my AA sprite folder. I will update the galleries as they go. Kay's looking good so far! I have one little suggestion for your Vera sprite (without the canvas). Her hand on her hip looks a bit unnatural. Most wrists don't bend that way. Extending the arm into a ">" shape might work better than a "J" shape. (Franziska's front sprites are a good reference). I learned how to sprite using official ones as reference, then slowly changing parts to be more unique. I hope this helps!

So I took a certain SAJ's advice and tried Vera's pose with a normal looking arm xD. (Unfortunately, every time I animate it, SOMETHING GOES WRONG. She turned into a brunette this time >.<) Ta-da? Zvarri!! VideoPad has been really good to me. I've animated three of the Athena sprites without it turning into a light show! I also fixed Apollo's angry talking and added a new idle that's mouth closed instead of partway open.
