It looks full size to me. The dimensions are still 256x192 which is the standard size canvas for AA sprites

Is there a way to make the animation of the gifs look 1:1 quality without looking downgraded when uploading them to the internet? Everytime I upload my gif to imgur, it looks blurry and ugly. https://i.imgur.com/IRuswgm.gif here's an example of its downgrade. |

Oh right I see, it looks good without being zoomed in, just blurry when being zoomed in. Sorry for the confusion, this is my first time spriting and making art in the first place. |
