Firstly, I notice where you recolour, you NEVER shade. Only one shade.
Fairyetta's wings don't even LOOK like they're from PW - they look like, and probably were, drawn on MSPaint. On the same sprite, the re-drawn magatama and beeds could easily have been done with the magatama, and the original, yet you ruined the shading it had by drawing over them.
The Sweets look weird. The hair looks streched in places; and cuts off abruptly at the edges, and at the base. Mr Sweet has an arm comign out of njowhere
.Are you saving as .png? I assume not. Use it from now on.
Gage is some minor Larry edits - that's it. He has some shirt-colour variations (above the tie), and the shirt merges with the spoiler boxes. The tie is badly Copyed, and Atmey's hair looks like a bucket of yellow ice cream splashed on his hair.
Flipside is greatly flawed. Spare sprites, some uncloured jacket, and same weird shading.
I know thks wasdn't extremly brutal, but I'm getting tired. >_>

Again, you haven't saved it as .png, and only the edited sleeves are shaed. The hat lacks an outline, the tie is unshaded, so are the buttons. And you haven't changed the outline, making far too much contrast.
