Yeah, I have this as my avatar, it's my first edit ever. Supposed to be me in my fencing gear. My hair has grown out since then, though. EDIT: I realized after I posted that this is actually the prototype version of my avatar, and I made a few changes since then. But I guess I'll leave it like this for now, for comparison. Or something.
Nothing major, but I made this in response to an incident about a year ago in which a UCLA student got tasered in the library. It was a pretty serious incident, but I just thought the idea of a taser being used in a library was kind of funny.
My FMA series, of which I may do more in the future:
<3 Riza Hawkeye. The position of her hands holding the gun is super awkward. Maybe I'll fix it someday...
Winry! I felt vaguely dirty editing all of Ini's clothes off to make this...
Roy Mustang, based off of young Edgey. That bloody military costume took forever to edit. I kind of like how it cam out in the end, though.
Haruhi Fujioka from Ouran High School Host Club. I mean, she does want to become a lawyer and all...
A teenage Pearl. I wonder if her hair would actually be that wavy...
I think that's about all I've done so far... Any sort of critique appreciated, even (especially?) negative ones will help me grow stronger!

You put my FMA sprites to shame.
Really. Your FMA sprites are simply amazing.
Especially the sprite of Roy Mustang. It looks just like him. The uniform, the hair, the glove... It was all done perfectly in my opinion.

I also really like the sprite of teenage Pearls. She looks so serious, yet adorable. :3
The sprite was done very neat and clean, and it has excellent shading. It is also exactly how I pictured teenage Pearls to look when she's older.

Although... I have to say I'm glad I didn't know you had made FMA sprites before I made mine, otherwise I probably wouldn't have attempted my own. I'm kind of a weirdo like that.Seriously, someone is gonna have to give me criticism on these, or my ego will inflate so much that I won't be able to fit out the door anymore.
@Zinle: I haven't watched either of those shows, but I can certainly try to make those characters at some point, if I can find some good artwork for reference. I doubt it would be anytime soon though, since I have finals next week, and after that I'm going home for a week and won't be motivated to do anything. But I'll look into it when I have some time.
...Meh, what am I saying? I'll probably just procrastinate like crazy and do it anyway. Well, who knows?
