I dunno what it is but the eyes on Maya and Trucy are just plain cartoony, they look uneven, and very unprofessional. The judge looks very odd, with lines appearing near the bottom. On young von Karma, his hair is very oddly colored.
The Ema sprite is very simple and reminds me of bad paint comics, the young Gant's shading jumps around (especially on his arm) and his fac elooks odd, eyes and nose too small.
You left the top of the visor on your Godot sprite, so it looks odd as well.
The ones I didn't comment on aren't half bad. :/
