You've got some teething issues to get through, but I think you're doing fine :) You have a better sense of form than I did when I started so all you need to do is learn the basics and you'll be away laughing. Remember, art isn't something that you just walk into. It took me 10 years to get something that is consistent with my art style. Sorry that this is just a meme, but here's my progress over the years



The first row of that is me drawing without knowing the basic layout of a human. My art improved *alot* when I learnt how to draw humans in correct proportion. I could suggest some books, but that's entirely up to you. I don't know any good online material for that sorry.
