Can someone make an end of the case screenshot, with Phoenix in the foreground scratching the back of his head while shaking hands with Derek Stiles from Under the Knife, with Ema and Angela Thompson (also from UTK) all happy and jumpy with Victor Niguel(from same game) and Lana face-palming in the background while Linda Reid and Emilio Juarez try to sneak out the door please, they're in this background,

I want a picture of... the judge! He's so underappreciated... Any picture of him, really, and again, preferably humorous. Maybe him pointing and saying 'Objection!'?
And in return for your hard work? Er... I can't draw, so no art trade... So I'll take a request for writing. Writing anything, nothing M-rated, preferably not yaoi, yuri or incest, but if you really want it, I'll do it.

Since interacting with a certain cameo in AAI:ME case 2, I've had this mental image of Edgeworth standing in line for the Steel Samurai movie, except in "disguise" to try to keep anyone from noticing him. This "disguise" consists of:
  • his bangs having been combed back with gel;
  • mirrored shades;
  • black sneakers instead of his black dress shoes;
  • and, instead of all the stuff he normally wears on his torso and neck, a T-shirt reading "IANAL" (I'm thinking burgundy lettering on a white shirt).
His usual burgundy pants, or something so similar as to not make a difference, are still there. Bonus points if he's in one of his usual poses and/or a handkerchief is sticking out of a pocket in a way coincidentally similar to his cravat, further weakening the disguise efforts. -- Pteryx

It's an Internet abbreviation for "I am not a lawyer" (which commonly prefaces legal speculation/commentary). The idea is that this is a subtle Suspiciously Specific Denial, all in the name of heightening the humor of the situation. -- Pteryx

DX I already made it in mini-sprite form. He looks too much like Lang, because I used his hair and sunglasses. It's also hard to read 'IANAL'.

As for Pierre's question, the two terms being mutually exclusive is a quirk of the localization as far as I know. Of course, said localization quirk also gives it a second interpretation, and I do love double meanings... ;) -- Pteryx

I need to know if theres any good bases to start on a Young Phoenix wright bench-aid!

Somebody either give a good base to start on him or go ahead and do it. I would only need 1 sprite if your going for number 1, I can probably makeshift the other poses.

The game thread. I see alot of auditions in those threads alot- it's specifically for fan made games. If you want hand drawn (not sprite) art for your game however, this is the place for that.

Um, hey. I'm kinda in need of some art. You guys are good at that, no...?

Two things that I need, either one will do, both would be fantastic:

1) A better looking version of this, preferebly without the background:

Tried it myself and all I can say is that I have no clue how AA logos work. :sadshoe: That said, if you don't wanna do it you can just tell me how. :hotti:

2) An official-ish looking version of the prosecutor of above game, Prosecutor Ordeals. Meant to be a tragic but dark character.
This is the only depiction so far (it's not... human in facial features, so, use your imagination? :yogi: )

I've seen great official looking art so this shouldn't be much of a problem...? (Design note: He wears his prosecutor's badge openly.)
Both pieces above I'm using to make "boxart" so to speak...

Anyways I can't really give anything back, since I'm not much of an artist myself. :payne: Maybe something writing related?

I don't quite know if this is the best place to post this, but anyways, here's what I'm requesting:

So, as you may have heard, I am compiling a collection of von Karma letters from a certain thread at a certain Phoenix Wright forum somewhere, and it will have a bonus artwork section in it.

Of course, I don't want to be the person that does all the artwork in that section, and I would like to invite all interested artists to participate. So, some guidelines:

Format: 8.5"x11" or equivalent ratio in pixels. The minimum resolution on either dimension should be 1000 pixels, so that it doesn't look blocky when I put it in the pdf file. Your image can be landscape or portrait. It won't really matter.

Content: Must be Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney artwork. You can use characters from any of the sequels, but I prefer it if Manfred von Karma was included in them (this is not a mandatory requirement though), since this is kind of about him. Your submission does not have to be humorous, and it can be about any theme really, so long as it is safe for work. You can use older works, provided you can give me a version of it in the proper dimensions and resolution, but I just prefer newer works made specifically for the collection.

Please indicate to me what nickname you would like to be referred to as in the credits, and the URL of your website if you have one. If you don't tell me your nickname, I will just use the one in the e-mail you used to send me the work.

You may make more than one submission. Please note, however, that depending on the number of submissions I get, I may or may not be able to include them all. If your work does make it, I will be featuring the works on my DA journal as well.

When you have finished, please send your submissions to: askvonkarma@gmail.com or PM me with the title "Ask von Karma submission" or something similar.

Questions, comments, suggestions, etc. all welcome.

And what's with all these requests specifying art styles? If I'm going to do art for free, I'm going to do it in my art style- not someone elses. If you want someone to actually draw these requests, it'd be great if people didn't cut out most artists that actually WOULD draw the picture by saying that their style isn't wanted :/ Just saying cause I'm noticing that everyone is asking for style preferences for some reason >.>

Well, I suppose I should clarify about my request. The source pic that I posted was not supposed to be a strict guideline. It was just a basis for the characters. I honestly don't care what pose their in (or who plays which character, for that matter), just as long as I can tell that it's Phoenix Wright characters (the ones mentioned in the request, at least) cosplaying as Lupin III's main cast. I'm sorry if my request sounded restrictive. :sadshoe:
