Eh... so, um, I'm an old member and I don't visit this forum much... xD but recently I'm quite active in making OCs, so I thought I might get some inspiration from the members here. I'm quite active on my devART account, http://n0wm3.deviantart.com

Some of you might realize my OC Lynne Ashe from the OC contest 2 years ago. I have modified her quite a lot now, especially since I'm a bit better at drawing right now tee hee :P. EdgeworthFanGirl is the one who named her.

I need your opinion about these characters.

And who do you think looks more antagonistic? Lawrence or Sergei?

Based on their poses, Lawence looks more the bad guy. Sergei looks more like a mentor to me. Actually- he looks kind of musical with the stick in his hand ^^ Like a conductor :) Lawrence looks like he will do anything too put someone into jail, or he's done some dodgy dealings.

If they're specifically for the PW universe though, I'd suggest giving them a suited colour scheme. Grey tones makes him look dull and lifeless. I suggest either going jet balck with a bold shirt and tie, of going for classic villian tones, like orange, green, and purple. Secondary colours.

Heck- a white suit with a bold shirt or something would be cool.

PW characters seem to throw alot of personality in thier costumes. Just a thought :)

Well, Sergei is a musician. :P Kinda like the opposite of Klavier, he's classical.


Yeah, I think I'll re-design Lawrence. He's kinda bugging me these days, but I don't know what's wrong with him. Any suggestion on Sergei's clothes?

As for the villain, I think Lawrence definately looks more malicious, but imo I think it would be an interesting plot twist to make Sergei the villain. He looks so innocent, no one would ever expect...

really nice stuff you got here...wish i was this good...but anyways i pretty much agree with what foxxis said...the scariest villians are the ones that look like good people (pretty much kristoph fits that description)

When I say bold, I mean a powerfull colour, like Phoenix's shirt being a dark blue, or Diego's shirt... like... a non pastel colour. Something that has a bit of... gah... how do you describe it T.T A colour that doesn't blend with white or light colours. Something that contrasts white with a loud colour.

Sergeis clothes though... That's a tough one, cause it depends on what kind of musician he is. I assume that he's a classical musician by his looks (Klavier is a rock star- that's the basis of his costume and attitude)

If it were me, I'd find a heap of things relating to the genre music like that kind of curve for a decoration, I assume you started off with this as your basis but unless he's quite old, I think he needs to be modernized. This IS a game based 20 years in the future (or something like that)

To me, I'd slap him in a tuxedo with a tail
If he's young, This would be hawt.

If he's older, I wouldn't suggest the curly hair, but maybe a Manfred hair style with this kind of suit If you go older, the neck tie would be great.

The OTHER option of corse is to be REALLY deviant, and go for a non conservative colour like this which is typical for PW characters. Just be aware, that certain colours can make them look heroic of villianous. If he's a good guy, stick with primary colours as much as you can with whites and blacks, if he's evil, secondary



Um.. till I have a better idea of his forte' in music, but for a conductor, that's where I'd go :) And don't rest on cliche' for goodness sakes ^^ Give him what ever look you want :D And age.

Yeah- that was a last minute thought for a bit of spunk :) It'd be so dull if all the PW characters all wore black. A couple are nice, but red is MOAR >w< I think red would kick it. I like the tight tux though also. The conventional one is a little plain now I look at it >.>
