I wouldn't say that. You're only just beginning, right? Well, if you enjoy drawing, then you'll keep doing it, and get better cause of it. You can't get worse at drawing if you keep at it (If that makes it any better)
You look like you're drawing with a mouse, so if you want to draw better, I suggest a clean pad of paper with not lines and a pencil, and go from there :) There's plenty of books out there that can help with proportions and stuff- heck, there's alot online if you look. There's no need to be sad about it. In the words of the Beatles, 'All you need is Love.' The love to draw :) If you have that, getting better at it will be fun ^^
If you want to know a great book that I learnt to draw from, I learnt from this book. Sadly thoguh, it was written in the 1960s, so the art is VERY old school looking, but if you REALLY want a great book, then that's the one :) There are others though. They're just slightly more difficult versions of this one IMHO.
Hope some of that helps on some way ^^;

It is ^^ I haven't found a better how to book than this ever. Most kinda assume that you can visualize stuff already. IE- How to draw Manga books. How to draw manga if you're an expert already more like it >.>

I don't think you should put your art down though. You're only 11, and alot of artists here are ALOT older than you are ^^; None of them will be willing to admit that they were in the same boat as you, but rest assured, they all were. I got my first sketch book when I was 7 and I filled it by the time I was 10 with art. The first picture in this meme was drawn when I was a little younger than you and since then, I just kept drawing, and got to where I am now :)
You'll only get better with art, but you'll get better faster if you don't put yourself down and just enjoy it :) I hope that piece of advice helps ^^ Give me a buzz if you need more help- I'm always open :)

I wouldn't call it bad. You look like you're using a mouse in paint, and that someone hasn't tought you the basics- that's all. Everyone's art starts off at the 'bad' stage. The way I look at it, is you gotta enjoy art, cause the more you practise, the better you will get, and you will get better in some way. I also advise not comparing yourself to others by calling it bad. look at art you did a year ago. If it's improved, then that's what's important, right? :) My crit thread isn't there to give back pats. It's to help people get better at art. You do need the basics, but I wouldn't write yourself off yet. Honest. If you want to get better at it. I can tell you where to look for help etc... :)
