Richie reminds me more of a cat than anyone else in the series... There are two Glameows in it, too. I've been playing a lot of Pokemon Pearl lately. It took me way too long to find the first gym leader. To be honest, I mistook him for a girl the first few times I saw him... Boy, that went off topic.

I kind of got the idea originally by comparing Gant to Scar. Personality-wise, they're worlds away, but as for what they did, it's not too different. They killed people for power and blamed something else for it, but they also pinned some blame on some poor little kid. Once or twice, I doodled him saying, "Long live the King of Prosecutors." I might at some point do one for Lion King II. Morgan is very like Zira... I ended up typing much more than I intended!
I'll scan more stuf when I have time. Science Queen is something I find very fun to draw, so I'm probably going to do one with
as Zira, 
as Vitani, 
as Nuka, 
as Kovu, and

And you drew a lot of Wellingtons? How many? Because I've drawn him fifteen times. *unsheaths pencil* Dare to challenge it?
By the way, when your drawing says "he reminds me a little of Katz," do you mean the Katz from Courage the Cowardly Dog? Because that dude is way creepier than Richard. XD They do both have that dark, classy personality though, and the same eyes...

D. Anonymous: Y'know, this is probably the first PW community I've seen where Richard-fangirls aren't all alone. I'm not sure exactly how many times I've drawn Richie. I kind of draw whatever randomly, and Richard happens to be very fun to draw. Yep, I mean the Courage Katz. I agree, Katz is much spookier, but they kind of remind me of each other, mostly for the reasons you mentioned. Y'know?
Masaru: Richard = cute, yes! D. Anonymous, even if you weren't actually challenging me, I'll see just how many Richards I can scan... Just for fun. I need some kind of motivation to scan more drawings.
