As I stated in the title of the thread, this is a
sketch (thus the askew/erased lines here and there) of Phoenix that as a total in time taken to draw.. I'm really not sure, since I took a few breaks thus not completing this version all in one day but in three. If I had to guess I'd say about 45 mins to 1 hour, but time flew cause I think I was having fun

. Anyways, to the point... I plan on painting it and depending on how I feel about it in the end I may or may not post the final result. I'm quite afraid of ruining what I've done so far and my perfectionist side isn't helping me get to work any faster.
Now I'm aware I kind of suck at taking pictures whenever I'm tired, excited or have cold hands... and I kinda hit all 3 whilst taking these, so there are a few versions of each picture with some of questionable quality. Again, my apologies, but this is the best I could do at the time.
Another note, the picture of what seems to be a manual is infact a manual, and this is evidence that I have used a guide whilst drawing it.
...Last note, I promise.

I'm very aware that the ear (and possibly the nose) came out most horribly, but drawing ears (and possibly noses) has never been my strong point.
There are some funny bits about this drawing such as what would seem to be an incomplete filling of an attempt at making the suit look dark, but that's actually the shading that the suit has whilst colored and any part of it not shaded will be the regular blue whilst the shaded part will be... shaded.
No crude comments please... I know I can use some work here and there but if the criticism isn't constructive then I'd rather not have it - I'm VERY aware that some of this may just be horrible but this is the first time I've been serious about art so I don't know much about doing it effectively.
Edit: Oh, if anyone's wondering, the model is on the back of the T&T manual.
Thanks, Vick!
