Buy a standard beanie from a store and you can add the letters yourself. If you can't embroider, you can make the letters out of felt and glue them on. It's not perfect, but people will understand what you are going for.

The hoodie and pants should be easier. Just have to find the right color for the hoodie. You'll most likely have to buy bias tape and add it to the hoodie to get the desired look. Make sure you buy enough. Sometimes it comes in iron on types, but others do not. You can buy an iron on adhesive separately.

A friend of mine was able to find a beanie at "Theory" (That skateboard store chain). She sewed letters on using felt, but you could also make some stencil letters and use fabric spray paint. There's this brand called Simply Spray, it works wonders.
Hey, she may be a thief, and a killer, and a liar, and pretty much clinically insane... But she's still my subordinate!

What a coincidence, I'm helping my brother make a Hobo-Phoenix cosplay. :V

Anywho, I found the perfect beanie for a cheap price right here. ($2.95, but you're going to have to sew on the PaPa yourself)

Also, Ema's button is located here. (Also for a cheap price)

Everything else is basically located at your nearby clothing store/shoe store. (The sandals) If you want the grape juice, go to a grocery store that sells the Welch's grape juice in wine-shaped bottles.

Hope this helps. ;3
