Ok, Ladies and Gentlemen! That's the official post of me cosplaying. I wanted you to tell me what you think of it, and tell me what I should change or optimize. Why? Because I can! Hehe!

Spoiler: Face (Blury, sorry for that...)

Spoiler: Half Body

Spoiler: OBJECTION Pose

Note: "Protesto!" is the Portuguese/Spanish translation of "Objection!", for those who don't know. I'm Portuguese, so that's why I've made it this way.

Now, all I have left to say is "OBJECTION!" :phoenix:

Not bad, not bad. I like the style you did on the hair, it's a nice variant and more realistic, that's sweet for something a bit different than usual.
The only thing that bothers me is the suit, it's too gray.

But enjoyable work anyways! :butzthumbs:

Oh! Well, you see, I had to do with this suit, I didn't find any other "blue suits". But it looks gray because of the light in the room. It's actually the "new blue" that appear in the new arts of Phoenix Wright, from Gyakuten Saiban 3. Oh well, that works too! :hotti:

Actually, that's what was bothering me... hehe!

Heya!

Yeah not much to say without repeating. Hmmmm... if you're looking for a *really* blue suit, I would suggest thrift stores? I actually had mine commissioned with some blue bottomweight from Joann (I would actually suggest suiting fabric if you can find it). Phoenix's particular blue is a tough find. ><;;; but I was at the thrift store the other day and saw a suit that was great for his style! I already have one though so I didn't buy it XDDD. But thrift stores usually have really cheap suits of all colors.

I like your realistic approach on the hair too. Mine was too short so I ended up just spiking it back. His hair is a BEAST. Wigs are usually a good way to go, but with Phoenix, wigs usually come out tacky. If you want to REALLY GO FOR THE SPIKE LOOK, I've found "Got 2 B Glued" Gel & Hairspray are AMAZING. ESPECIALLY for spiking. Ask a friend who knows hairstyling to use a hairdryer while they spike it with the product and you might end up poking people in the eye with your Phoenix spikes! XDDDD

The thing I like best about your cosplay is you have his character DOWN PAT. Half of cosplaying is being in character. Otherwise you're just another person in costume. I LOVE YOUR OBJECTION POSE. XDDDD

Those are just tips though, so you can do whatever you want. As long as you're having fun doing what you do, it doesn't matter anyway yo! :phoenix:

Haha I COMPLETELY understand your suit issue; I cosplayed as Phoenix during the Anime Boston 2009 convention and my suit was the same color as yours... it's literally the suit I wore to my job interview (and occasionally to my internship), so I just go with it even though the fact that it's not the original flaming blue he wears sort of eats at me.

Of course, neither of us had the super eyebrows... I'm going to try and find a way to get those next time without permanently altering my appearance or looking too tacky.

Mostly AA related sketches- I've only had my tablet and photoshop for about 2 weeks now, so I still feel like I'm not very good... but I try to be funny when I can :D

Don't play the wig like me though >.> I went el cheapo nasty, got a $15 wig, cut it, and held it together with spray on glue XD It looked aweful, but damn it, everyone remembered Feenie from the 2008 Doujin Overload XD Kept me REALLY toasty warm too :3 It was my first cosplay thoguh (don't hurt me)

I think you need the eyebrow liner kink thing. Phoenix isn't quite Phoenix without the eyebrow kink ;)
