NEED HELP Godot Cosplay?{The Visor?}

OK so I'm going as Godot this Halloween and I need some help . I have the pants , and thats kinda it >_<
I thought this would be kinda easy , but I am having the hardest time with;; The Shirt and Visor . I found a few wigs but I'd have to order them online , and the vest my mom is making .

Does anyone have any tips on making the Visor? I have no idea what to make it out of! I want it to look real , but not expensive . and also with the shirt , What colour is it? lol
I really have no idea what so ever! I'm having the hardest time with it! BTW I'm a girl, so if anyone has any recommendations on where I could get one .. that would be great!

But anyways , anyone have any tips? THANKS! .. *goes off and dies*
