Hand Made Attorney's Pin - Requesting Feedback

Please, don't hold back on your comments. I made this as a Christmas present for one of my upperclassmen, who's a huge AA fan. Just a quick note, it's not a pin. It's a display item only, since I don't know how to make pin-able objects. Thanks in advance for any opinions.

(I imagine it to be made out of clay and you took a pencil and drew the scales and then pressed your finger in the middle to try and flatten it)
The top right of where you have the line-things are too close together.
But all and all it's pretty nice and better than what I could do.
