It's great stuff, but if I may offer some constructive criticism, you can take it or leave it. I will even put it in a spoiler tag for if you wish to see it or not.

Spoiler: Constructive Criticism
Phoenix: Give him a Blue Suit instead of a Black Suit, remove the wristwatch, and get your hair spiked back a little more. If the spiking doesn't go well, either grow your hair out a bit more or grab a wig.

Ema: Can't say for sure if it's Young Ema or Old Ema, so I cannot give correct criticism.

Godot: The wig is way waay too long. trim it by about two or so inches and you'll be good there. Also, the goatee is incorrect. May I refer you to KaZzu's cosplay for a pic of what it should look like?

Edgeworth: The front bangs are not accented enough. Use a bit of aquanet to push them farther frontwards and that should be perfect. Also, you need to add ruffles to that cravat. I recommend getting a piece of white fabric about 1.5x as wide, then fasten small portions of fabric from the top to the bottom for every 1/2-1 in. of fabric. You can use a temp for this such as paper clips or spring-loaded clothespins, but I reccommend a more permanent approach such as some minor sewing work. Other than that, it should be fine.

Gumshoe: Either gain weight and grow into that suit or get one that fits slightly tighter on you. A little more of a 5 o'clock shadow, a pen or a pencil over his right ear, and you'll have a good Gumshoe.

Dahlia: Way too white. I would say accent a little more on the pink and find a real parasol, not just an umbrella. Also, try to find a red wig as that could help you out. You're too blonde/brunette for Dahlia and the hairstyle's all wrong. Other than that, you're fine unless that thing hanging from your neck isn't a glass bottle.

Franziska: Surprisingly, I have only a little to say to the Franziska. Your vest is the wrong shade. It's less of a navy blue and more of a turquoise and your heels should actually be boots with the same or similar kind of heel. Otherwise, apart from the whip, you're pretty good!

As I said. Just some constructive criticism and hints on how to improve it. With those modifications and a little more study into the character's appearances and you will definitely have a very good PW crew.

I think Phoenix's hair turned out excellently. Nice work all around.

Dude, Hakuro, you always give all of this "constructive criticism," but is it really necessary? They said this was their first or second cosplay, and the whole point of cosplay isn't to look EXACTLY like your reference but to have fun making and wearing your favorite characters. Advice is great when asked for, but otherwise there's no need to lecture.

That said, your group is freaking sweet. Cosplays in groups are instantly like five times better because then you get to hang out and people will recognize you more. Some things I loved were Phoenix eyebrows (yay, you remembered!), young Ema's luminol bottle (finding accurate spraybottles is hard, but this one is the closest one I've ever seen), Godot drinking with his paper cup in his coffee mug, and the whole car shot. :edgy:

It's young Ema since we avoided going with anything in the AJ arc

Finally found our skit on the Youtubes

We don't count the judge as a cosplayer since it was just a friend who happened to have a beard that we threw a black sheet over and called him the Canadian Judge xD

OH MY GOD THAT SKIT WAS LOVE. The script had me ROFLing throughout. The voice acting was sweet too, although I couldn't quite make out Godot due to the video's audio quality. Man, Edgeworth's last line though... XD I hope you guys do something like this again in the future. :acro:

I'm not saying they'll be the best phoenix wright cosplayers in the world if they follow my instructions. I'm not. I'm not even forcing them to take my advice. They don't even have to read it! All I am offering was my views and suggestions to improve it slightly IF they choose to read them. No, it's not really necessary, but it's not necessarily unnecessary either. I'm not gonna say "Ooh, it r0x0rz mai s0x0rz" when it could be improved slightly. That's not who I am. I'm not gonna lie. I'm not gonna be a hypocrite (meaning when my Gant cosplay is done, feel free to give me all of the "constructive criticism" you want. I welcome it!). I'm not going to omit my thoughts unless they may be perceived as personally insulting.

That is my code of judging. Forgive me if I came off like an arrogant smartass, but that's just how I roll.
